The 3 "Oil and Gas" Oracles giving us their best wishes - We could all learn a lot from those that have built such monumental wealth and fortune, yet still make time to share their experience with non-professional investors.
It's remarkable what they have achieved, despite the obvious challenges:
One keeps telling us he is still learning the ropes - currently getting to grips with Broker Notes and fracking
One doesn't see AIM as a place to invest, speaks in riddles and dabbles in amateur analysis and geology.
One hasn't got an original thought in their head and blindly follows the other 2.
All 3 have some form of memory impairment often resulting in repetitive posts. It also causes them to over-worry whenever a stock goes down because they have forgotten that they no longer hold it. Their fears are palpable, with such phrases as "I'm afraid" "Oh no!", and "I'm sorry" with the smallest of price movements that go unnoticed by any long term holder. Other times the fear that the worst possible outcome will happen is just so much that it causes them sleepless nights. So much so they have to get out of bed in the dark and share their worst fears, whether it be a monster phantom placing or just a 78-year-old man retiring early. Let me be absolutely clear these things are very real to them and I am definitely not mocking - I am saying there is help out there available. Just reach out....
evenstevens,
Really? Coming on to the SOU board slating me? Surely you should be focussing all of your efforts on this share and not peppering the SOU board with your diatribe. You must be another one of the many trapped bulls over here who I warned on several attempts to jump ship, but you wouldn't heed my advice or A1M1's. Don't so you haven't been warned of further potential declines here in the share price. You need to face facts and prepare yourself for what I reckon will be another imminent equity raise because I don't think they'll want to give away any more share of the asset at this stage in time - not when they haven't got a lot of skin in the game. A1M1 has already covered off these points of view but they seem to have yet again fallen upon deaf ears. You're going to need oodles of patience, oodles of resolve and oodles of waiting time before you get a sniff of good fortune here. That again is something I have pointed out to you and "colleagues". I just hope for your sake you're not too deep under water? If you are, then you may indeed turn into a trapped bear, as I was and became after being stuck in this share for over three hard years.
Don't get emotional. Have a great weekend.
I'm perfectly calm. I'll leave you in the capable hands of both A1M1 and Amtech. I know how much you admire the pair of them. Mwah!
He seems like a desperate stalker now Jez.
Haha. You 2 chimps were too easy.
No-one is listening to you Amtech, and no-one has ever listened to Jez. There appears to be some trust issues?
There's some great guys over on SOU - good luck to them, I may do a bit more research on that one.
Amtech,
Evenstevens is stalking me it appears. Odd chap who doesn't like to heed anybody's valuable advice. Don't say we haven't warned you, Even'.
I've piled a load more money into SOU yesterday afternoon just in time for the forthcoming Liquidity Event. I'll send you a postcard from some far flung 5 star hotel once I have cashed in my chips over there.
Jizzy
Now, now Jez let's not make this any more embarrassing. Firstly, nobody talks to Amtech for obvious reasons. Secondly I seem to be a lot more popular than you over on SOU. Perhaps they have heard enough of your BS as well? They are a great bunch of guys and I wish them the very best of luck. Thank you for making me feel so welcome, SOU!
It seems you have some bridges to build over at SOU Jez (i.e.they think you are a cook as well), but let's get back to CLNR. That what this BB is about after all. It's not called the JTF board, is it?
Evenstevens,
That confirms it. You definitely have a weird crush on me. I think you need to get out more, pal.
I am loved and cherished over on the SOU board. They love my humour and banter and know that I am heavily invested over there, so the ones who don't appreciate my obvious wit just tolerate me. You can't please 'em all I guess. There are however a load of very waspish trapped bulls over there just as there are here at Cluff. That's why you were given the thumbs up by a few of them. They have remortgaged their houses and sold their kidneys in order to drive their share price averages down, which is crazy and hence why they behave in a crazy way. Never get too emotionally involved in a share and never overexpose your position. Some of those guys fail on both accounts and use me as a punch bag to vent their anger.
‘let’s get back to clnr’ ,you’ve never posted anything about clnr evensteven.
He's too busy begging for attention over on other boards because nobody likes him here.
Think he’s getting mixed up between LSE and FB.
Can I ask Amtech....what’s the definition of a trapper bull? Let’s say I am happy to leave my money in Cluff for let’s say the next 4 years, does that class me as a trapped bull? Note ‘happy to leave’ not necessity to leave because of the sp
Did you not know this board isn’t for discussing clnr potpot! It’s for discussing each other.
Tbh there’s only person that has made this board the way it is, anyways back to the question I asked previous, am i trapped bull if am happy to hold for the next few years?
Afternoon Pot, that's an interesting point you raise, and one that a small but vociferous minority have struggled with for some time now.
It's a given that we all know what a "Bull" is within the context of investment. "Trapped" in any sense of the word implies lack of freedom or choice which is clearly not the case for you.
Some however use the term to antagonise and create disharmony. It's rather a ridiculous assumption to make that everyone other than themselves must be a Trapped Bull when they couldn't possibly know what/when/how much bought or sold for, and what investment horizon all shareholders have?
Well you’re asking the wrong person then
