Perhaps the encouraging RNS Rocka999
Only one buy today and it jumps over 4%, amazing.....
The results state 'Trading Group EBITDA1 increased by 129% to £1.6 million (2021: £0.7 million)'. The EBITDA margin shows how much operating expenses are eating into a company's gross profit. In the end, the higher the EBITDA margin, the less risky a company is considered financially. Surely, this SP has gotta budge at some point!!
I go back to what I've said before that I always keep my eye on the Redcentric SP currently £1.38. Some of the BOD had a tremendous influence on the growth of Redcentric over many years, when they were there. So, a mighty future SP benchmark to target - meanwhile, back to reality and all of us in the 'let's smash 2p club'.
Sure Freddie01 I will continue to hold as well and with any dips coming will be sure to keep adding at the lows. This is still a ridiculously low price share IMHO especially with the revenue growth the the BOD have delivered so far. I do believe this will come super good in time and the market will recognise this, but we do need to see the losses eradicated and reports of healthy profits. Even still Gross profit increased by 147% to £7.9 million (2021: £3.2 million), a margin of 33% (2021: 40%) can't be ignored. We also have 1.5 mill cash in the bank which is a nice buffer. One of these days we will really see the SP moon shot! Let's keep the faith! IMHO DYOR
You've pretty much summed it up Thumbsupuk. I'm very disappointed with a Pre-tax loss of £2.6 million. I'm thankful I didn't top up prior to the results but I will continue to hold.
Yes Rylander smashing 2p is what we all want. The thought turnover is vanity and profit is sanity comes to mind here. On the positive we’ve seen turnover massively jump with a future vision of 100 million however, we still need to be making a clear profit without Losses up 30% and net assets down 42%! It seems there is still a process of consolidation to go to ensure the company is delivering strong profits. The real positive here is that there’s now 24 mill to work with and a super strong sales force academy in place to keep pounding in new business. A but if a mixed set of results for me anyone else any thoughts?
Well Thumbsupuk it seemed the report was well worth waiting for. Let's just see if the market responds and we smash the 2p barrier.
Good luck everybody.
Well Thumbsupuk, the final results came out of the blue on March 7th last year, so maybe next Monday.
AGM will be end of this month, so trading update news and notification of the meeting should drop anytime, hopefully next week. I wouldn’t mind going this year, just to listen to the future growth plans. Anyone else plan on going?
Goal on Twitter is to become a 100 million turnover company, that’s pretty impressive and will certainly see the last few years SP well left behind!! I’ve always kept my eye on the redcentric SP as some of the BOD used to work there and help build it up. Today redcentrics sp is £1.39 with a 50m annual turnover. I honestly believe a massive re-rating is coming and we could see our lovely CLCO shares head into double digits. Any else have any thoughts?
Well here we go a nice run up to results and let’s hope they are positive and we finally smash 2p and breaking out into new trading highs. I have always had faith in the BD taking us through the different phases of turning the company around. Let’s hope this time we can break a much more appreciated SP. IMHO DYOR
Well the update is overdue as it was 16th last year, so anytime now. Is it a nod and a wink though or insider trading ?
Lets face it , its usually like a ghost town in here so there must be something afoot .
Hello, what's occuring here all of a sudden............
Possible positive update leaked or just hopeful anticipation.
Although the large bid/offer spread means it doesn't take much to appear like a big move.
Hi All faithful CLCO holders, we should be getting news in the next week or two, for notice of the AGM and trade update - lets hope it's positive:)
Price drop for buyers
This really hasn't done what everyone thought it would. I'm fact, something of a Cloud Cuckoo.
True two degrees, but it's more a buying spree than selling according to LSE.
Then again I purchased 1mm MSYS and it was never shown.
Well something bad must have leaked for this to go into freefall
Happy New year every one
I hope so, but at the moment its just loads of extra revenue that doesn't make any profits or losses (at least they got that bit sorted out). Until they give more colour on profits and cashflow, it's still just a story. As soon as this starts making proper profit margins on the revenue, then definitely absurdly cheap. They really need to do more for investors, unless of course they are happy to see the share price at this level (more fund raises for acquisitions?).
No, but with the growth that’s been happening and huge jumps in revenue then in my opinion we’re still way undervalued. Maybe investors are just starting to catch on how cheap this share really is!! If we keep growing at this rate then eventually the share price will catch up . DYOR IMHO
Price went up this morning by .025 on no sell or buys.
Then later more buys than for weeks and another rise in so, but I've heard nothing new. His anybody else?
