Looking to exit this in one piece at 2.1p if it ever gets back there!!
Pathetic for a company boasting about a cancer test!
š„±
Insightful as always from Big Joe Small Holding
Cizzle are as pathetic as Conduit.
This could be built on a House of Cards. Nobody is buyingā¦
FF..
Why would Alan resign?!
Although you may be right about them winging it (with deal finance).
The MoU. Theyāre obvs winging it..
AGM will be interesting, esp if Allan resigns.
Some salient points Tech.
However, Iād hazard that any discussions under the umbrella of the MOU will remain confidential and will only detail the players if it results in a binding agreement.
As Trump says, every Company uses NDAs.
Oops, apologies.."I won't be buying any more until the next RNS signals progress."
I wonāt be buying any more here until the Bill Behnke may be a big name in US cancer charity circles (for the personal reasons Neil cites), but does he have the business clout? Are the high value investors onside, or are we still searching?
In reality, how difficult is it to strike deals with private US healthcare that would translate to Ā£Millions for Ciz at 10%. How many competitors are there in the US?
Not one person on this speculative board knows that.
Quote at last weeks Chicago conference: āTheir (BIO) goal: to forge new partnerships and collaborations with leading oncologists, clinicians, patient advocacy groups, and INVESTORS.ā
Investors? So BIO is still looking?
I wonder just how many High Value Investors BIO has snaffled in reality? Is the Ciz/Bio deal a fluid negotiation based on corresponding interest/ disinterest in the product? Why didnāt we get an update of progress made in Chicago? Was anything solid achieved?
Did they forge any new partnerships/collaborations?
"Cizzle Bio Inc., is now busy identifying key clinical trial and deployment sites within the US market.ā
Is this simply highlighting potential sites or actually having talks to collaborate? How long will this take?
How is the scale-up going? Will we get sensitivity/ specificity results/ When? When are clinical trials starting? Where are we with LFT chemistry?
Do we have the 100,000? Has the 120 days started ? If the MOU doesnāt translate to a deal short term- how long does our Ā£600K scale-up cash last? Will the deal contain the same conditions as MOU?
From 40p to Ā£Ā£Ā£s, some investors on here are seriously delusional IMO. Do you realise that a share price of 40p would equate to a Market Cap of Ā£133Million ?? At 10% that would mean BIO valued at Ā£1.3 BILLION.
Even if the test works perfectly , that's many Million tests sold each year in the US. With the fragmented and incentivised competitive nature of US healthcare, Iām guessing CIZ will sell 100,000s (maybe).
And thatās if everything works out perfectly and no competition comes along.
Not enough scepticism on this board. Too many people with too much money invested for clear thinking. People averaging down instead of the āstop-lossā approach. Averaging down can be lucrative, but highly risky when you are not privy to behind scenes machinations.
Jace,
Bill's mission on cancer is most definitely personal.
Don't know if you are aware of his personal situation.....
At 2 years old, his daughter Ella, was submitted to hospital with bone fractures symptoms that are commonly linked to child abuse, and CPS (child protective services) began investigating his family, and he and his family faced the prospect of having Ella taken into care, but for the diagnosis of Non Hodgkin Lymphoma which gives the same symptoms.
She was close to cardiac arrest, with a tumour that filled her chest.
It took 3 years of treatment but now she is healthy young woman.
If that doesn't spur a father to do all he can, i don't know what would!
Which is why he is so active across the cancer / lymphoma world.
Neil
I do wonder if the exclusivity period will be concluded before the 120 day period. It's possible. It is after all, only to conclude a contract.
The mission against cancer too seems personal for Bill Behnke if you look at his LinkedIn and his recent reply to Subaru.
For those who said I wasnāt going to be right on the price and laughed at me I say ā I told you so ā when will you all wake up and smell the bacon !! Youāve all been blind sided by the word cancer and you all got excited.
And you Joey, make Schopenhauer look like the eternal optimist.
Vela Technologies makes this share look like a success!! š¤£
Speculation will haunt this BB in the absence of comms/updates from AS. That's the root of it
And as likeable as you are TT, I find you can be somewhat paranoid. Perhaps that provides the board with some good balance.
Yet we've had on this board, to paraphrase, 'we're going private', 'someone knows something bad', 'we're about to raise', 'ciz is a con' in quick succession, none of it with any apparent basis. No wonder someone is selling!!!
Sure, nobody can know all that is going on, but we do know that just days ago our main two protagonists were fraternising with a range of cancer organisations as ASCO24. That doesn't sound like everything is falling apart.
Plus, Behnke would not be setting up this company, or mouthing off to governors, or getting Dr Greeno involved on the off chance this test might work, and ciz would not be progressing to this step without knowing the test works. IMO, they already know approximate accuracy.
Anyway, you do you! I'll do me!
Brondby...
How do you know "nothing has changed"?
I'd likeable as you are I do find some of your thoughts a bit naive.
There's simply no way of PI's knowing whether anything has changed .
Indeed, there will undoubtedly 100% have been change. Discussions are ongoing, BIO is in a fluid period of negotiation.
Many things will have changed and could change.
You have no idea what those changes are.
Jace ,
40p may well be cheap. But its still x26 current share price! I don't think its likely until after the test accuracy is established in this latest format, in the clinical trials, though I've said before ciz will already have a good idea of this before they decided to proseed to the talks with Ciz Bio.
Also on chatter here not impacting price. I disagree. MMs move the price on sales/buys of relatively small numbers of shares, easily within the holdings of one or two PIs or traders.
Easy for talk on here to tip someone wavering to a buy or sell based on sentiment. MMs will happily drop a price if sentiment is hit. Until revenue is generated, a share price is mostly sentiment.
I mean, big investors paid 2p weeks ago. Today its 1.55p. Nothing has changed but PI sentiment. And that will change back soon enough.
Hi CC š
Hopefully what you have done there will be rewarding in the future. And correctly pointed out that we are funded.
I'm not sure of the motives of some posting but it's highly unlikely any of our posts make a difference to how the price goes in the short or long.
Even 40p would be too cheap
Unless someone starts mentioning Ā£'s then I wouldn't be voting in favour if and when that eventually comes.
Not a fear for me Jace, as long as the buyout price is right. But yes, if they like what they see, and think they could get a bargain, they could make an offer.
Shareholders aren't going to sell for less than around 40p though, I'd guess. They invested at 10p just three years ago.
I don't think that is likely until ciz has the test through trials. They allegedly raised their own funds to do that (though I suspect that was more about having bargaining power when negotiating with Ciz Bio - "we have alternatives").
Allan and Bill circulating the conferences together.
Bill excitedly telling the Governor of Texas about the "exciting technology coming out of the UK". He has many contacts.
We clearly have a seller. Let them sell. When it goes low enough to make it worth my while adding, I'm a buyer.
Very positive about this.
P.s. Ciz isnt AIM, Widdy (for about the 100th time).
