Wolf, just out of interest, does the stock need to be cancelled in this situation before one could unlock and keep his money made from shorting? If the newco comes to market and the lenders will start losing value and their money for real (not hypothetically like now), it would be perfect time to short. My question is should I wait until the newco crumbles or try to get out a couple of weeks before that happens?
So a simple question
How can the Cineworld continue to operate in the UK where is the revenue income going and who's paying costs and staff salaries etc?
‘The fight will continue in the UK courts. The only thing to do now, the only option is to STAY HARD! ‘
Please don’t pin your hopes on this mate. Although the size and scale of this failure magnifies the situation there is nothing happening here that doesn’t happen in bankruptcy proceedings every day of the week. It’s not some massive scandal, no one has stolen anything from anyone. It’s just what happens when you borrow too much without the means to lay it back in the timescales required.
Anyone who predicted that UK administration wouldn't be a walk in the park - it looks like it will be with Alixpartners appointed as administrators. Correct me if I'm wrong but those cats are on the lenders' payroll.
Apologies, you are right. This is the best July box office this year.
Thriller40, if this was year 1536 ... you'd have your head chopped off ...
Yes REP look like we are going to be deleted without trace, and without challenge by anyone higher up''
as everyone involve in this multi billion steal IMO has already been paid off inc there preferred Press, so information will be hard to come by.. but we will still have KROLL to still follow the case to the proper end until they decide to close that down also FK knows..
but good luck for the future and on your travels
Regards
When your plan fails, and your back is against the wall like our current situation for LTH's.
The fight will continue in the UK courts. The only thing to do now, the only option is to STAY HARD!
It was nice chatting with you guys.
Myoh we are still in July, what’s inflation got to do with it, they have still done 1.3 billion in July at us box office, come on fella use your bloody head
So assume this message facility will be coming off LSE within a few days
GLA it's been interesting experience over the last 3 years
Except for 2016, 2013 & 2011. And probably all the other non-covid years this century if you adjust for inflation.
I'd consider buying shares in the new company if they issue them as its still a sound business
"According to market watch Cineworld Stock is to be Cancelled Tomorrow"
Didn't the RNS give it away? You have a habit of breaking news that's actually pretty old by the time you post your 'revelations'. Still, even you must concede finally that this is done - like nearly everybody has been telling you for weeks?
Tragic
They dont tell you cloud its literature usually u read it anyway Away an do some thing get out of here its history as you say
Its not hard to work it out😂
According to market watch Cineworld Stock is to be Cancelled Tomorrow PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!.

Dean would say there's still hope.
@Takeapuntortwo
Even Google Translate couldn’t decipher that.
“Ive been following two analysts for 25 years there never far away they say hold anyway …”
LOL. As if one analyst, never mind two, would have told you that.
£6k for me
I suppose that's all we will have left to communicate, once it's taken down from LSE
you guys that has still got a little bit, best get connected to a group as from now'' IMO, SO CONVERSATION CAN STILL CARRY ON
Willow5 or Dean, whatever you prefer. Its been RNS´d. It doesn´t matter whether its on the Gazette yet.
Nothing fishy, apart from the fact CINE screwed everyone.
Well that's if folks end of 2 years of turmoil, wasn't that long ago at a shareholder meeting attended by some guys on here that we were told by Crooky that everything was going to be ok a lot were sucked in by such a statement, how misleading he was and we have suffered the consequences, what a shambles of a company IR were a total disgrace.
Crooky enjoy that 35 million.
Still nothing on The Gazette or on the cineworld plc website....something is fishy
What now?
