Trading212 simply states Instrument has been delisted. I'm assuming any legal action would incorporate all trading platforms on our behalf?
Thanks

A positive update - Acuity Law have agreed, pending final agreement by their advising council, to represent the shareholder group's case on a no-win, no-fee basis. Final go-ahead (which we hope will be given, but it cannot be guaranteed as yet) is likely to be provided between 6-17th November. I'll share a further update as soon as possible.
Any legal updates ?
According to Alix Partners.
Various on the London Stock Exchange.
Total Cineworld Shareholders 1,373,428,670 Have a Total of 0.01p Fully Paid Share Price Each.
Check on Companies House.
No update as yet, Acuity Law is continuing to go through the group's compiled documentation. I'll provide an update on here as soon as one is available. Thanks
From my understanding Mooky is located in Israel? Given the current events and climate, I would not be mad if he got dealt with and significantly impacted. Given how he screwed so many of us over.
Hey, are there any updates to the law firm selection, confirmation for the UK case?
Info@cineworld-shareholders.com
How can i get in touch with this group? I hold over 600 k shares in cine (old) was all in my pension and its crippled me
Thanks for any help
Old shareholders do not have shares in new Cine
Actually... the group that is suing cine, is trying to leverage the legal system to strong arm cine into some settlement. Register with them stay informed.. see where it goes, it does have merit.
But dealing with CiNE directly will be a waste of your time.
Oh. There were posters suggesting that holders register their holdings to a particular email… I take it that exercise is pointless?
Contacting cine will be pointless. If you purchased shares through them, (maybe) they can issue you a certificate stating the amount of shares and value invested as proof?
Cine won't do the right thing. The only way they will is if they are forced by a court in legal actions. I lost a lot, so hoping for something to come of the recent legal filings.
Even pennies on the dollar settlement, would be acceptable.
Sorry guys. I’ve been an investor for a while, thanking chip for his update. I have a fairly modest holding but Just wondering if anyone can help with what information to send to Cineworld about my holdings please. Thanks.
Thanks for the update CHIP'' much appreciated..
Final hearing is today 3pm central time, 9pm UK time.
I am not confident on any other court overruling the decisions to be made today.
An update on the recent meeting between the Cineworld Shareholder and Telegram Groups:
"Hi everybody, this evening I had online call meeting with the Cineworld group regards to what is currently going on with the legal challenge with Cineworld. The current law firm named Acuity are still looking into our case and going to confirm if the legal side of things can be challenged on a No Win No Fee basis. The barrister at Acuity firm will get back to the team. The Cineworld team have chased this up and they are getting automatic email reply stating they will be back into offices on the 18th September 2023. It looks like many are currently on holiday. The Cineworld group has also got another well known legal firm named Penningtons as a backup if things don’t turn out well with our current firm. Penningtons legal firm have emailed in, and want to take on the legal challenge. The group have also mentioned this to Acuity Law firm to make them aware that we do have a backup firm whom are ready to take our case.
The Cineworld group has mentioned if anybody has not yet provided their current holdings to the group, please do email in at; info@cineworld-shareholders.com this will help with the legal challenge. To anybody whom are keen and willing to take part in helping the challenge in any way this will be much appreciated and those individuals can email the group with their thoughts and ideas to the above email provided.
Another point to consider, as the Cineworld group have found a firm whom can help on the No Win No Fee, is a great advantage for us all, majority of large well known firms would want large amount of funds before they can start with the legal side. We all need to be patient, as this a large company and the amount of work which needs to done from the legal side of this case."
Ooooops
He's being sarcastic.
Why and how is this going to rocket?
Thid is going to pop bog time, dont miss out!!
Get teady for the bounce guys
Great time to fill your boots

Since your post most of Wilko stores are to close and many hundreds of staff to loose their jobs other similarities Wilko and Cine ruined by poor management decisions at the very top, and in both cases bosses have come away with Millions.
Not sure if Cine has closed any screens in the UK yet but with Empire gone perhaps something may rise from the shambles of Cine but as far as shareholders are concerned absolutely NO chance of any return.
Crooky Mooky as usual is saying nowt .
Wilko also filled for bankruptcy. Their stores got bought out / bailed out by B&M.....
I know... Cine is water under the bridge... But I thought they would have had a similar fate.
Fingers crossed in relations to any fruit from the ongoing UK law suite !
I wonder who's shares they could be consolidating ? as it can't be the one they just canceled surly ? or the new one they have just started as that new stock is not on any stock market ? Robbing CNTS must be caught out at some point, if it's our 1.3b shares that was suppose to be canceled on LSE and every market world wide they are talking about consolidating ?
anyway thanks for the update CHIP'' and you are right, that detail it could be useful to the shareholders group ?
