I'm lagging behind here (just like the sp) but when can CHAR expect to secure a gas sales agreement?
SDX's successful renegotiated sales agreement is fine for them but means nothing to CHAR as we haven't even got one, have we?
Personally, I don't see the declining gas price as the reason for the sp decline but more likely due to no reported progress to FID or anything else. Very disappointing.
Just purchased 10'000 shares, was previously invested at 19p. Lets see where this takes us.
We are dropping even further 🫳.
Very disappointing 😞
Getting a little tiresome all these 'buying opportunities'. although now SDX negotiations are complete that will hopefully move us up the order too ....

Good old Malcy 🤡
I thought we were on our way in the 20’s ☹️
Malcy is still quoting that now at £1 (e.g. the 10 bagger), I think the original quote was from Julian Maurice-Williams in a Proactive Interview about 12-18 months ago..

Aw yes Snott. I thought it was AP but it was like a long time ago! 😅
Goon, I think it was JMW in a proactive interview. I can’t remember the date or SP at the time.
Hello all, what might be worth considering is that an possibly influence on the SP is the fall in gas prices.
The market has allocated the price they think Chariot is actually worth with all the gas still in the ground.
No what ifs or maybe taken into consideration: Just the number of shared issued and a fire sale on an potential gas asset, no cash to last a year, no farm in partner and no finance deal announced = this is what we think your potentially worth, all you have is a licence and a discovery.
Note: Irrespective of the real potential once financing, FID and Sanction occurs of course.
So when gas prices slip the gas still not retrieved by Chariot slips too, also does not help that no one is buying as well of course.

I think a few others here could verify this. Maybe google it you may find it?
Hi Gooner Can you find where AP made that promise?
AP promised that we will be x10 of price at the at the time (10p) ……..
By my maths I make that a whopping £1!
Meanwhile in the real world …….
We’re all essentially believers Aj, that’s patently obvious, and many of us will continue to top up on price decline as we see fit, and if in a position to do so; but it doesn’t mean that we believe through blind faith and the promise of miracles, some of us prefer to challenge the claims of PLC Directors at times, they have obligations to their investors, not just making RNS jam tomorrow statements.
And communication to investors is absolutely vital, even if it’s just to keep up good PR.
Another great buying opportunity for us believers.....
I'm giving it til the end of the month before I reconsider my investment on the assumption that they have to update the market by either fulfilling the time line already stated (fid by end of h1) or informing us of what and why a delay is occurring. I don't see any big sell off ATM just the constant drift of disillusioned pi's
Have to agree with you KB.
Char is now making me a little nervous. One can assume that a lot of work is going on behind the scenes, and major announcements are due, but all I can see at the moment is tumbleweed. I’m very heavily into Char, and the risk/reward balance is losing its appeal.
How much patience can you take, they have been dripping the price from last year to such an extent, investors are selling at a loss, dreadful communication and investor sentiment
Supposedly/hopefully on the cusp of the finalised GSA & FID yet here we are not much more than 10% above the 52 week low share price....Hmmm🤬
SDX is pleased to announce that it has, together with the Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines ("ONHYM"), renegotiated a gas sales agreement with one of its key customers in Morocco aligned with the regional development strategy and consequently will receive a higher gas price for production with effect from 1 May 2023.
This price increase will enable the Company to expand its exploration and production in Morocco, and permitting for the summer drilling campaign has already commenced.
Morocco remains a core focus for SDX and the Company is well placed to seize the opportunities presented by a very demanding energy market.
Jay Bhattacherjee, Interim Executive Chairman, said:
"We are delighted that we have been able to renegotiate the gas sales agreement with one of our key customers and would like to thank ONHYM for its continued support. Morocco remains a core area for us and we endeavour to expand our energy provider footprint in the country."
Ahhhhh that's it....remember seeing it somewhere (-:
Thank you.
Kind regards Sft

Hello Adamski70,
Do you have a link showing that connection, I struggled to find such. I think I found a investment website that stated a connection (a while back, and that is what piqued my interest) but have not been able to find/ remember where/ it since.
