Yep, thank you Aj

Surfit,
You may have confused Westward and Westwood...
The annual report presents the recent rns information in a much clearer way.
I have noticed two matters.
1. “Strategic grow th in Morocco to accelerate growth from a portfolio of high value low risk upsides”
2. “ Pre-drill Anchois area hub best estimate total remaining recoverable resources of around 2 TCF and additional exploration upside in Lixus and Rissana, providing potential to deliver material gas resources for long-term growth”
Looks like an exploration farm out is in progress.
Jimmy
Hi KB,
I am not sure even the CPR will significantly boost this sp presently. The volume getting traded is low
11th March 22 (from site)
From CHAR website
https://www.chariotenergygroup.com/investor-centre/aim-rule-26/
No change and (again thanks to poster for shareing link last time)
Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management 14.3% Interactive Investor %11.9
Westward Investments (Adonis Pouroulis – Acting CEO) 10.3%
I can not find where Adonis involvement is recorded in the above company.
What is interesting is the Asian investors in such a small one?
https://uk.globaldatabase.com/company/westwood-investment-uk-limited
Halifax Share Dealing 4.8%
Barclays Wealth 4.2%
YF Finance 3.1% (that recently changed)
Total Board and Senior Management 10.8%
Total Is 59%
So ignoring YF Finances change 49% still out there, but no one is building a position that seems sure?
Where is the other 49% scatters amongst 49 1%ers, a 100 0.5%ers none of whom would be required to declare at those <0.5% levels correct?
I still feel surprised it's not caught the eye of more ii's but maybe they to have established there position at a good price and are now waiting for the FID (Morroco) or and other significant plays hydrogen/ solar developments?
Is it wrong to be fearful just because the SP is not leaping forward due to lack of trading/ swapping of shares YES if the company is dormant, stagnating (imo) NO when a company is in very significant growth, very significant assets base and experienced and reputable partnerships getting signed for developments of proven (final proof CPR for crossing Ts) asset base, very significant growth planning in the energy sector that is hitting the right environmental requirements. Just rather frustrating.
What of this retrench, well imo smacks of some companies having a bit too much knowledge of the financial planning imo....there lies my only "Cassandra" thoughts. If there is, then who and that leads to character doubt.
Rgrds Sft standing by on news on investors/project finance that imo is the next decent boost.
so why no official news?
Interesting that the chariot annual report with diagrams is now published on its website.
Shows anchois to be produced from 2 initial wells and followed by two more, so maybe that construction review article was correct.
Jimmy
A slow start to trading this morning with just 4 trades for a volume of 179000 but at least they are all buys.
"I believe everything I read" David St Hubbins and Dan low brow
oh 'willy of orange', these personal attacks are a bit cheesy, more's the pity there is currently no action on the share price to take your mind off me.....lol
Matron: I think Decrepit Dan needs his meds reviewed and he has been on the care home laptop unsupervised, again...
afish, don't let them 2/3 idiots put you off from posting good articles related to CHAR, it's good to see
PS WILLIAM 111, known as Kingbilly, never could understand why a 'nogood' Dutchman became King of England.
It seems to be a recurring theme here for us PI's.
We tend to cling on to any piece of reported news from sources found in the depths of the tinternet.
We really need to hear any such updates officially in the form of a RNS.
We're just managing to stay above the placing price of 18p, I just hope it can hold.......
Thanks afish, always good to see a news article of this sort from a well respected industry journal
Personally I would rather hear any upgrades, progress via the horses mouth. There is a reason why it’s stuck in the 18’s as nothing is confirmed ……. Stay tuned tho!
Thank you Jimmy you always find valuable pieces of information.
Great article, thanks afish for posting it. Hope Chariot sees fit to announce pipe upgrade at somepoint soon
Agreed. Great find.
Other than Jimmy's analysis, I particularly like the emphasis on unity of the consortium to enable speed to production. I know the BoD have already said this but it is good to see this emphasis with the other 3rd parties.
"The pipeline is increasing from 12 inches to 14 inches thereby increasing daily production and hence npv...."
Nice, that's around 35% ADDITIONAL capacity.
Jimmy, I’d like to buy you a drink sometime, you never fail….
The new information I noticed are.
Four production wells, one of which will be appraisal to be drilled and during the development, by deduction I read it as being anchois north.
The pipeline is increasing from 12 inches to 14 inches thereby increasing daily production and hence npv.
Great news
Jimmy
Lol, Anchovy and A-‘Fish’; made me laugh Gooner
like what Gooneperte?
Hmmm I smell something fishy here ........ anyways let's hope the mother of all CPR's lands on Monday!
Cracking post afish, and it’s not even Monday yet…thank you.
Although we know it’s a reaffirmation of Chars intent, I really like the additional section titled ‘Plans for the Anchovy Gas’ and it’s brief but enigmatic content…
You will have to read it if you want to know what it says.
