+40M sold in Australia , little change to SP . Wheres the news .
Thanks sharesport. Following AFC and intelligent energy as well. Should be some good news coming soon for a British fuel cell company!
Copied from Strontium on AFC Board. CFCL Business Development Director is speaking at the event. http://www.climate-change-solutions.co.uk/event/11th-international-hydrogen-and-fuel-cell-event/
No I didn't actually. Maybe I'll give that a go!
FCell ,Did you try R Kennett direct ?
I've been trying to find out more about the cost of the product and its payback period. I've emailed CFU twice now and I've tried to contact a BlueGen distributer with no luck. How do they expect to sell units if no one responds!?
Cryptic.
All they need to do now is get the cost down by 80% and they've cracked it.
Yes, looks promising. Though under the radar for investors, so presume will not move much on this good news until signs of the commercial rewards are closer.
Interesting read, not invested. But quiet.
The Co. will have over 3 billion shares. Come 2016 at this rate they will have the equivalent of the population of the world. It's a joke. Totally incapable of selling anything but very clever at getting money for nothing.
note conversion.http://www.investegate.co.uk/ceramic-fuel-cells--cfu-/rns/conversion-of-loan-notes/201502050719471205E/
Noob question ahoy .... What does conversion of loan notes mean and what does it tend to do to the share price?
i,m not in here .but the good news send the SP to year low .AIM is a shame .
=(
So annoying and frustrating. SP up 20% at start of day and now down 1.54%...... Anybody care to explain...... :(

Quiet on here lately..... Happy New Year all CFU Shareholders .....Good News last few days.... Ceramic Fuel Cells Welcomes German MicroCHP Funding Regime Change Thu, 8th Jan 2015 10:05 LONDON (Alliance News) - Ceramic Fuel Cells Ltd on Thursday noted a change in legislation in Germany on federal funding for microCHP systems, including its BlueGEN small-scale electricity generator. Under the revised framework, a BlueGEN unit could attract up to EUR3,792 in federal funding, up from the EUR1,567 available under the previous legislation. This funding can be combined with incentives from other federal and state programmes available in the country, meaning the maximum total funding has been set at three times the federal level. A BlueGEN customer could, therefore, receive up to EUR11,376 in funding, subject to the availability of the additional incentives. Barbara Hendricks, the German Environment Minister, said microCHP systems' contribution to climate protection are substantial owing to the high level of fuel efficiency and flexibility they offer, Ceramic Fuel Cells said. The company said it welcomes the updated framework and additional incentives for microCHPs, adding the programme provides an opportunity to sell its BlueGEN units to German states which do not currently offer a specific funding programme.
Conditions have been met for the minimum of 65 units for I Power. £350K deposit received by CFU. I guess the remainder of monies will be paid on delivery of the 55 units due to be delivered by June 2015. The exciting thing with this programme is IPower are in dialogue for the funding for the substantially larger second phase of this project. http://www.cfcl.com.au/Assets/Files/20150106%20-%20CP%20Completed%20iPower.pdf
My take on the offer only being open to Australian holders was that UK holders had previously subscribed to an offer. Don't get me wrong I am not happy with my investment as things stand but don't think it's all over. GLAH.
you are not alone ! the dilution effect is considerable . I never understood the effect of the offers only being open to Ausi residents and the frequent large buys/sells which could have been people able to transferring investments from Uk to Ausi ?
The fact that the company are issuing share options for staff suggests they are confident about future trading.
this has got to be the worst investment i have ever done hope no one else has lost out big time like i have
They are cuirrently in discussions. Hoping to see these finalised in January. Merry Christmas to all and hope to see a nice Christmas Bonus soon...... :)
