1m buy this morning. Got in here today, All buys no sells. Looking good with new orders coming. Under the radar should be back above 2p. Have a feeling the big contract will come back from the supplier. per last rns half year report: "Since the announcement to the market of SI's reneging, the Estonian press has reported that SI still intends to honour the agreement."
Perhaps last chance to buy at this price before it goes above 2p within few days!!
she goes.
Despite heavy fall in share prices today, CFU is rising. When the market recovers, perhaps this may rise significantly as good news is expected in coming days. It may be a good idea to hold & buy more at this low price, which may not be available for long. DYOR & good luck all.
This from Nov on the same site...needs Alliander to announce that they are partnering in this http://www.juergenhohnen.de/static/content/pressestimmen/documents/Mehrgenerationenhaus%20mit%20Brennstoffzelle.pdf

IndiJo are you posting in Dutch? I could only read a few words (the English ones) but I have the idea. The announcement regarding the grant is due out tomorrow our time and will be welcome news if CFU is successful. Should be on www.gelderland.nl/energy sometime tonight. Also due out tomorrow is the half-yearly; should be interesting reading. https://hotcopper.com.au/post_single.asp?fid=1&tid=2173611&msgid=13019927#.Uw7giOP91X4
CFU appears to be a highly respectable company, providing equipment to generate cheaper electricity from natural gas. Their technology is highly regarded & the Baltic states have signed a lucrative agreement with CFU to receive their product. They expect to sell lot more to other countries as well. The fall in share price may be due to breach in agreement by their distributors, Synergy Int. They cant afford the dispute to last too long so they will sort it out quickly. Once this is out of their way, the shares should recover sharply as it was over 2p not so long ago. Faithful holders would be rewarded! Good luck all
Does the company has any debts? Some info please. Looks good to have a little gamble here.

CFU fund raising news is out today. They wanted £10.7m to £14m and got £3.2m, so a complete flop as expected. Aussie holders only took a third of the minimum they could have taken. UK holders took under a quarter. Potentially they are doomed now, as they appear to have run out of options for fund raising and have that £5m loan hanging over them. http://www.investegate.co.uk/ceramic-fuel-cells/rns/results-of-share-purchase-plan-and-overseas-offer/201312270700164339W/

The strong buy was a joke BTW :-))))
"A change in production process has resulted in CFU no longer utilising the powder from the plant" So they needed it for many years and said it was good because they were making money selling products from it into other industries, now they strangely don't need this ceramic for their fuel cells? Sounds like a simple asset strip to get some much needed cash. So what are they using now? Are they now making chocolate fuel cells? That would save having to change the name anyway!!
Wednesday, 18 December 2013 CFU to sell its Powder Plant Assets in the UK Ceramic Fuel Cells (Powder) Ltd signs agreement with ICL-PP Europe Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (AIM/ASX: CFU), a world leader in developing and manufacturing fuel-cell-based micro power plants, is pleased to announce that an agreement has been signed with the Materials Business Unit of ICL-PP Europe ("ICL-PP") for the sale of CFU's powder plant assets in Bromborough, UK, for £ 1,150,000 (circa A$2 million). A change in production process has resulted in CFU no longer utilising the powder from the plant, hence, CFU has realised a surplus asset which will have no detrimental effect on the Company. ICL-PP's purchase of the powder plant assets arises from an exclusive option granted to it in 2012 to acquire the plant. ICL-PP has exercised its option to purchase the powder plant assets andhas agreed to employ all the powder plant's current employees. Bob Kennett, Managing Director of CFU, said: "The sale of the powder plant assets is another positive step in the reorganisation and refocusing of the company on its core competencies. I am also delighted that all the staff of Ceramic Fuel Cells (Powder) Ltd will have ongoing employment with ICL-PP Europe." Commenting on the transaction, Mr. Rainer Gruber, leader of ICL-PP Europe's Materials Business Unit said, "Our purchase of CFU's powder plant assets will enable ICL-PP to substantially increase its business activities by entering into a new market of technical, medical and dental applications derived from ceramic specialties."
Yet again I am bang on with my fund raising predictions for CFU! Hoping for £10.8m to £14m, might get £7m to £8m? Will still have the debt too! http://www.investegate.co.uk/ceramic-fuel-cells--cfu-/rns/share-purchase-plan-and-overseas-offer/201312040700106255U/ £12m = 33% dilution = OUCH!!
