Hi Bob,
Thank you Bob for your kind thoughts and for your comments, they are greatly appreciated indeed.
You posts on all manner of topics have certainly taught me and I feel certain other members a great deal and long may that situation continue!
Thank you Centaminstar123 for your kind comments, they are very much appreciated.
As a long term holder in Centamin you and with your financial experience you are certainly are entitled to comment or join in any of the debates, you may have far more to contribute than you think.
However it's really great to hear from you now and I look forward to reading your thoughts in the future!
Dear Mr Tibbs
I have a significant holding in Centamin built up over many years. My confidence in my investment decisions are owed to everyone on this board but especially to the long standing contributors like yourself. I have no mining background but l do have a finance background and am open minded to well condtructed arguments and yours always are. I dont really comment as lm not really qualified to do so but enjoy the informed debates. So l thank you for your excellent contribution as l do of others...and Siko when he posted frequently.
Thank you :-)
Hi Sotolo
I had equal concerns as you regarding the direction the new CEO would take us but well comforted that with Toro he resisted extreme pressure to take Toro to market which at the time most would have succumbed to. This guy is in my opinion the real deal and I think will take us to the golden flip flop bash where I really look forward to meeting all here in person. First case of Tattinger on me, subject of course to a levy for a charity of choice.
Regards
Isolated Bob
Thanks as ever Tibbs, this board, with our varying views, are an important part of many of our lives. It is always sad when we lose people, like Uncertain etc, and lovely when they reappear. Tibbs you are to be congratulated on such a respectful useful and tolerant board where most of us try to learn from each other’s views, it is most useful hearing factual info from the likes of Siko but also different thoughts about which way the market will go and why
Always look forward to you all with my breakfast to after dinner, thanks! Soto lo
Ps new boss looks great but let’s hope he doesn’t spend all our dividends on speculative expansion projects
Sorry Tibbs vino finger interceded and hit post button too early
Many of your views are not mine but I will defend your rights to express them ad infinitum. Hopefully they will moderate the more extreme views in society and in the end achieve the same goal to care for those on the lowest spoke of fortune wheel.
Keep safe and continue posting your views based upon care for others.

Hi Tibbs
To every action there needs an opposite and equal reaction.
Indeed Bob, after my disastrous experience with Logic investments advisory CFD trading service cost me a very large proportion of my acuminated share portfolio and a near mental breakdown it was my aim to help others avoid the traps and pitfalls that I had fallen foul of.
I wanted to contribute with other decent people in helping to create a forum that was unique in respect that it was a not only about a certain stock (Centamin)but that it was supportive and informative whilst giving the members support support and encouragement , especially during difficult times.
i appreciate that we all have our own point of view and opinions and I am possibly more guilty than most in having a rant and posting off topic, however the main thing is that the members continue to post and contribute even if they are of differing opinions.
So to those I may have upset or offended in the past for having a rant or expressing my frustration I make no apology, but sincerely thank you for reading my posts and taking part n the ongoing debate on all manner of subjects.
So looking forward to reading lots more contributions from Marmot, Sotalo and all the other forum members!
Hi JEPh
How perceptive of you. I must confess I had not considered his side of the equation in that light. Your second comment spot on . City analysts will digest this over time and broker forecasts will be interesting in the extreme over the next few weeks.
The likes of Blackrock will more than appreciate this.
Watch the RNS over the next 7 days . What few City contacts who still speak to me have always cautioned previously regarding Management at CEY.This probably addresses those concerns. Never ever underestimate City City opinion right or wrong.

Hi Tibbs
How well put.
Marmots post are always succinct, factual and to the point. Always brings forward information of considerable merit.
Isolated Bob
I would also like to thank you Marmot, we don't hear enough from you lately!
You are one of the stalwarts of this forum, looking forward to hearing lots more from you otherwise I shall have to give you a thousand lines _ " I will post more to Tibbs and all my other friends on the LSE Cey forum!"
Tibbs
Hi Marmot
Many thanks for posting this link and sharing this with the board. I am wondering just how Centamin managed to capture a man of this calibre. I would encourage all here to listen to our new CEO
After listening to the podcast I can only assume that CEY have given him carte blanche to develop the company along expansionist lines as he is not their for the salary or personal gain as he clearly after Toro well set for life. I could list his attributes ,experience, network, management style, well liked by the City from the time he spent with Barclays, entrepreneurial ability and his environmental and social care.
I think the expression "watch this space" is most appropriate
Isolated Bob
bobliz35 you might find the attached podcast interview of Martin Horgan ex-CEO of Toro of interest.
His CV and the way he talks in this interview encourages me to believe that we have potentially now got the right man to develop the full potential of Centamin.
I will be even more convinced that he is the right man if over the next few months he buys say 500k to 1m shares with his own money (as all the other leading gold mining entrepreneurs do) to show institutional and retail clients that he has real skin in the game and we are all in it together.
