No way Amati will be bothered to buy a loss making company, and the fact you can't buy few hundred pounds worth of shares till the Mms raises the SP.
I saw 200% spread the other day..... wonder why?
to put off buyers on the cheap.
this will be gone either way.
This is dead cert admin category company
From their cancellation rns.
"that it is no longer financially viable for Byotrol to continue to trade as an AIM quoted business."
Therefore, if the vote goes against them, ie the company remains listed then, according to the BoD, the company is no longer financially viable to continue as an AIM quoted business.
Petroinvestor
I agree with you on this,
utter crazy buying this company when Management said its not viable to continue on AIM listed.
Traders taking their profits, and the newbies end up getting scammed and left holding the baby here.
Thanks tricky
With Spreads etc it was about 170% on the half sold
Really think for a bit of spice look at SND and for very safe as revenues /pipeline match the current market cap looks to A.I precision medicine stock PYC
Unlike BYOT at SND there is 6mths before the GM and the CLN holder has already offered a 10p per share fund raise
This article then appeared a week ago
It is emerging that Neuralink could be one of the
interested parties circling embattled British chip maker Sondrel. Recently it is believed that Sondrel solved some of Neuralink problems with their recent human brain implant which other chip suppliers could not solve. Neuralink Corp. is an American neurotechnology company that is developing implantable brain–computer interfaces, based in California and founded by Elon Musk and a team of scientists and engineers.
Neuralink had recently livestreamed its first patient implanted with a chip playing online chess.
By way of context, Sondrel is one of only a handful of firms capable of supplying the higher-spec chips required, others are in Asia but are considered vulnerable to Chinese interference
Not shy of a 3 bagger. for yaself laura. nice
Yes ...I'm in at 0.11p and intend to sell before the vote
Taken half off to buy more SND
Not surprising.
PIs buying few hundred quids worth, hoping a white knight appears before the vote to delist.
If this goes to the vote then it's delist or administration.
Spreads rather crazy but if volume picks up ya could do well if in already.
good luck to ya all
Now from purchases
That's now RENX (30%) BYOT and SND won't be far behind
Is Amati resisting the privatisation of this company? Certainly, it's going on the cheap.
Looking good now 0.15p-018p
I purchased on a huge spread last week at 0.11p
Also SND in same situation but Elon musk firm Neuralink apparently making a bid
Number 4 on the leaderboard today @ + 33.3 %.
Number 1 on the leaderboard tomorrow ?
"The coming week could well see the Byotrol share price spring to life; for there are several significant holders who will be seeking to protect the FUTURE potential value of their not insignificant investments."

Unless a white knight appears with a strategic investment.
Lukehere,
"All this talk of administration is wishful thinking by those seeking a rock bottom entry point."
Not at all. If this goes to the vote then I believe it'll be delist or administration. If the company stays listed then I'd expect the BoD to be voted off.
I don't think the current BoD would want a new majority owner who then sacks them. It'll save face by going into administration.
Next few days will be interesting.
I see Newlands have decided they don't want to continue to hold in a delisted company. If any shareholders had a good opportunity to stop the delisting it was the Newlands.
All this talk of administration is wishful thinking by those seeking a rock bottom entry point.
The coming week could well see the Byotrol share price spring to life; for there are several significant holders who will be seeking to protect the FUTURE potential value of their not insignificant investments.
What better way to achieve this than taking contol of BYOTROL via the lunacy of its current miniscule market valuation.
An exciting week could well await.
The company newsflow has been expected. I posted the company newsflow and warned about the red flags here.
If there's a vote then I think they will either delist or go into administration.
I think if the vote is against delisting then the BoD will call in the administrators. In which case investors would lose everything
There's a remote chance a white knight but will need to before the vote. Someone who may think it's worth bidding for the company pre-vote.
If they delist then there's likely huge dilution and it could be years before they relist, in whatever form.
It's a gamble. Interesting few weeks ahead.
Not long to go 0001
Agree 100%.
Buying at 0.10p is a no brainer. M Cap £400k
No problem with it being private or listed to take us back to fair value of at least 10X current share price.
Whilst there was no RNS today, It seems likely that we will see several issued over coming days.
Will Traynor increase his holding and/or will other BoD members purchase Byotrol stock at the current derisory 0.1p level.
Common sense suggests that other corporates must be assessing the potential on offer here at a market cap of just £400k.

Yep
Shareholders done over again.
All to familiar these days ...
This was engineered, the update is not that bad and clearly being written from a half empty perspective. DT should have gone 5 years ago as he is not a business man and it has been visible in all the deals they have done ie medimark acquisition, licensing etc etc. The share price fall over the last 6 months has served up an amazing opportunity for management to acquire the business for virtually nothing. Visibility on the licensing deals is deliberately opaque. Yet another example of management greed and disrespect for shareholders.

I still think no bottom
This is the reality of this stocks market losing money
