I knew you were lurking waiting for the moment to pounce !!
All the usual suspects know the reality but just can't bring themselves to admit it, which is a shame.
A fair bit of buying now compared to the norm, we know what’s coming. GLA LTSHs
Ryan, read Alifs post , he does know Will Hunting, ask Alif for Wills mobile number. GL
Woody I have been invested on and off here for years. I am not wrong. The braveheart special divi was because they had enough distributable reserves at that time. They have none now. The phase focus has actually reduced those reserves further. This is the difference Don’t know will hunting. Btw. Cheers
I've heard some news. If true, this could be bigger.
In my view it would make sense for this pittance to be reinvested into something else or at least a good bit of it and the rest held back to keep pay the directors. Remember we are about £500k down on this so need to make some back.
Special Dividend calculations :
Estimate of proceeds of Phasefocus sale after associated costs = £2.1M
Shares in issue 63,723,489
If 100% ( £ 2.1M ) allocated as special dividend = 3.3p per share
If 75% ( £1.57M) allocated as special dividend = 2.47p per share
If 50% ( £1.05M) allocated as special dividend = 1.647p per share
With thanks to Will Hunting who helped with these calculations.
Private Ryan i think you know this guy.
That’s for Ryan.
You are wrong, a couple of years ago BRH sold one of our investments and shared all the proceeds with shareholders.
For each BRH share you held you got a 40p dividend.
So I think you should read all RNA,s then maybe you will understand.
Good find and interesting watch. I would say surely they need to find a better way of loading the machine other than a plastic tuckerwear box lid and a bit of foam.. interesting none the less however.
This will be a required device in all labs in future, because of its fast diagnostics.

WOODY I REFER YOU TO MY POST ON 5 FEB -THEY CANNOT PAY A DIVIDEND-THEY HAVE NO DISTRIBUTABLE RESERVES- ITS ILLEGAL
Woody dont get your hopes up. After BRV loans circa £1.25M Paraytec has sold two CX300s. The list price is £22K so max sales in all the years of operation is at best £44K and they could have been heavily discounted ........
As I said earlier any trade sale (however unlikely) of Paraytec will be a huge write down if not a complete write off. IMO its has no value except as a tax loss vehicle.
Sorry but IMO BRH is massively overvalued.
Thanks Guy, you are correct, I missed the decimal point, I meant 3.9p, but you are closer.
Have you any information on a Paraytec sale. ?
Woody £2.1M from Phasefocus sale divided by 64 million shares is about 3.3p per share, how you get to 39P is a bit concerning.
If BRH can and indeed do a special dividend they wont distribute all the sale proceeds maybe half so 1.5 to 2p a share.
The disposal of Phasefocus if completed represents a £500K loss, Paraytec will be an even bigger write down if indeed not a complete write off.
We know Paraytec is up for sale, that from the RNA on 15 December 2023, does anyone have any information to share, ie possible suitors, valuation (knowing we own %100 of it).
An update on Paraytec or Phasefocus or both would be appreciated. GLA LTSH,s
Phasefocus sale news must be close, i just hope they pay the £2.1 million proceeds as a special dividend, which would be approximately 39pence per BRH share held.
The sale of Paraytec could lead to a much higher special dividend, if and when it happens. GLA LTSH,s
I love a kebab 😋
What’s the slippery one up to.
A very worrying post when castley starts getting disillusioned
Where's your patience now?
The company does not have to confirm a fantasy is a fantasy -dividends are not possible as it has no distributable reserves-people have told you this already . filtered
Good morning
Where is our special dividend ? Are we not getting one we need to know .
Lacking news here , I expect a big update about all the investments BRH hold ..
The sp is at very low point !!

It sounds ok and will likely be a good fit. That last trade of the day for 26k I think was a buy not a sell. The price paid was well above the smaller sells earlier.
