I'm sure tricky trev will find some jam tomorrow down the back of the sofa from Paraytec, it won't matter that the company is just one man playing around in a lab making up things he can test for.
With a declining SP and no interest in the CX300, I wonder how on earth this will ever recover.
TB and Professor Shyte have a lot of explaining to do.
That's what we are striving for,, to enhancing the appeal to a potential acquirer or partner in the future...
Always said a good choice is a partner more funds for BRH , special dividend hopefully too on top .

Well I guess what you’ve heard isn’t true
Where are you getting that from? Whole point of the RNS is that they can't get a partnership with a big company.
Were going to do well , partnership with a big company.
Giveaway sale and a flop.
More disappointment.
The two supposed gems result in a giveaway sale and
Wonder if woodenjohn has updated his £1 billion pound buyout prediction
Benefits of Phasefocus sale seem to be diminished by the failure to sell Paraytec. Hope the good Professor Smythe and the device are as good as they are said to be.Meanwhile we wait!
"£2.1M into our coffers . Great news, now the question is how that cash will be utilised."
Nope. Not £2.1m...
"Trevor Brown, CEO of Braveheart, commented: "The sale of our holding in Phasefocus represents a gain of £1.31m over cost, which is a highly satisfactory CAGR of 48.29% for Braveheart shareholders."
I expect another RNS to clarify our position!!

And yet the sp drops…. Nice one AIM…
£2.1M into our coffers . Great news, now the question is how that cash will be utilised.
A special dividend to shareholders or invested into other plc's at good buy in prices ?
Or a 50/50 split - say £1M allocated to dividends and £1M invested into 2/3 interesting companies........
Iqai looks cheap imo, and we have a good understanding of its workings etc
Anyone got any suggestions ?
GLA
Rns : "The total proceeds receivable by the Company for the Sale was approximately £2.1 million (after expenses)"
48.29% for Braveheart shareholders
When and how ?

The drop was to be expected after all the recent sells that have been predominant. It's a good chance to get in on the cheap now before any news that's much needed.
It's simple I just haven't sold !!
Even tb bought more at 10p 12p , so I wait patiently.

I look in from time to time,
If only to see if those deserving of some better fortune are finally being rewarded for the faith and capital they've put into this?
Seems further away than before and with no news worthy of mention, it doesn't look like it's about to change any time soon,
As always, I wish those who've been blindsided in to buying more of these, in the hope that one day it might balance out, all the very best and pray it comes good for you.
I knew you were lurking waiting for the moment to pounce !!
All the usual suspects know the reality but just can't bring themselves to admit it, which is a shame.
A fair bit of buying now compared to the norm, we know what’s coming. GLA LTSHs
Ryan, read Alifs post , he does know Will Hunting, ask Alif for Wills mobile number. GL
Woody I have been invested on and off here for years. I am not wrong. The braveheart special divi was because they had enough distributable reserves at that time. They have none now. The phase focus has actually reduced those reserves further. This is the difference Don’t know will hunting. Btw. Cheers
I've heard some news. If true, this could be bigger.
In my view it would make sense for this pittance to be reinvested into something else or at least a good bit of it and the rest held back to keep pay the directors. Remember we are about £500k down on this so need to make some back.
Special Dividend calculations :
Estimate of proceeds of Phasefocus sale after associated costs = £2.1M
Shares in issue 63,723,489
If 100% ( £ 2.1M ) allocated as special dividend = 3.3p per share
If 75% ( £1.57M) allocated as special dividend = 2.47p per share
If 50% ( £1.05M) allocated as special dividend = 1.647p per share
With thanks to Will Hunting who helped with these calculations.
Private Ryan i think you know this guy.
