And so the buying continues and the sp rises as predicted. So quiet here lol
This will continue rising every day until £1.80 is reached. Very happy here. Easy money
the rns thats out has been totaly overseen as to get most of the share price you pay back yet very quite here amazing. but i have mine and the bigger money is moving in but really thought we would be getting bigger rises. but up is up gla zoom
As expected the climb towards £1.80. Read yesterday's RNS. Reread the posts from yesterday all. You won't regret it
Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell" or the "Company") Proposed disposal of TRaC Global Limited ("TRaC") for £44.5 million Bioquell PLC (LSE symbol: BQE), the provider of specialist microbiological control technologies to the international Healthcare, Life Science and Defence markets today announces the proposed disposal of its specialist testing services subsidiary, TRaC, to Element Materials Technology Group Holdings Limited ("Element") for a cash consideration of £44.5 million (the "Disposal"). Highlights § Total consideration of £44.5 million, payable in cash on completion § For the year ended 31 December 2013, TRaC had revenues of £16.8 million, operating profit of £3.4 million and gross assets of £12.9 million § Gross cash proceeds from the Disposal equate to approximately 105 pence per Bioquell share, compared to the closing price per Bioquell share of 82 pence on 11 March 2015 § The Board of Bioquell expects that the majority of the net cash proceeds arising from the Disposal will be returned to Bioquell shareholders in due course § The Disposal to Element will allow TRaC to pursue further growth opportunities within a larger testing, inspection and certification ("TIC") business, while providing value to Bioquell shareholders not currently reflected in Bioquell's market value § Following the Disposal, Bioquell will comprise a focussed biological contamination control business ("Bio division") selling into the international Life Sciences, Healthcare and Defence markets. The Bio division had revenues of £27.9 million for the year ended 31 December 2013 § The Disposal constitutes a Class 1 transaction under the UK Listing Rules and is therefore conditional upon the approval of Bioquell shareholders. Directors of Bioquell, who together control directly or indirectly approximately 33.4% of the issued share capital of Bioquell, have given irrevocable undertakings to vote in favour of the Disposal § The Disposal is expected to generate an exceptional profit before expenses of approximately £35.4 million
Another big blue day coming. Here come the buys :)
New broker target 116p. Presumably that is after the sale and return of monies to shareholders. Wednesday close in 80s, then Rns released announcing sp equivalent of £1, therefore sp fair value approx 1.80 due to keeping core business, return most to shareholders, therefore 80p with a new target of 116p. Is that correct? If so should be another nice rise today. Well done those who got in yesterday on that blinding RNS.
Read it and re read it. Conclusion: no brainer
Looking like this is setting up for a nice afternoon.
Don't get many rns's better than this. No iffy mou here just a stinking great sale with a pile of cash coming in!
This is what we expected this morning. Looking like it will get to fair value. £1.80 here we come. Gla
Up +35% now. Fresh intraday high. Price being paid on the Ask ticking up again. Deserves to be 150p+. Around £30-40m winging its way to shareholders.
dont understand this muted reaction?
Its a head scratcher all right - I did what I never do - I averaged UP this morning - And now down on my top up by 2 percent. HUGE buys going through - Looks like someone with common sense and a lot of cash is investing on the basis that they will get their cash back during the year (After the deal completes) and hold 'Free' shares here. Their is very little movement in SP - So maybe after lunch? Strange one for the record books - Was convinced this would have been 80 percent up by now. I think that some have not grasped the RNS properly - And believe that shareholders will get teh payout in EXCHANGE for their shares - and are missing the point that the payout will be on TOP of their shares - Therefore market settlng to what the payout value would be - But missing the point that the company still exists after the sale. Heres hoping GLTY
All at 108
Someone is buying BIG
Another 58 k in black ... It's coming
Now just ticked up, something starting to happen.hold on
Interesting 107.4 are buys, just tried. So buyers are back....gla
Just went through in black. But it is a buy as no sell could have achieved at that volume a higher than bid price
It is great, and despite the sells, haven't taken it down which is a sure sign. If they did take it down, I would be able to grab some more ;)
A sea of small sellers .. Logic here .. Selling 1/2 of business for more ( well now about ) today's SP... That means we get back (about) full SP and keep profitable company as well. No brainer . Just some peoples mentality to .. Sell on news ... No matter what Whatever the rise today, will continue tomorrow .. So holding here
Getting ready for the next lot of buyers now mms have collected some shares....unless I have misread the RNS, which imo is great
Surprisingly quiet here considering the news. May have to buy some more I a mo
Year high was £1.40, so that will easily be smashed and then cash equivalent to £1.80 per share wow
