GVC SP isn't reflecting well to the news. Make's you wonder if GVC shareholders would approve such a deal.
As GVC is positioning it as a reverse takeover, I don't expect the share price to jump much...last time the SP jumped 20% just on rumors of a bid...this time even when there is a confirmation of a bid, the SP has increased only 5%...I
yeah..this BoD is an expert in delaying deliverables
Talks continue - that just fuels speculation - I don't mind it going up though.
Now it looks more promising. Just hope the time frame isn't too long.
Out
100%, anything north of 120 and I'm gone, never to return. This has been a long 6 years.
sour*
I don't blame you for holding. I hope something good does come from it. If an offer is made i would get out just in case it goes soar.
Yeah, this whole investment has always seemed like a red or black scenario! The price had taken a break now for some obvious quick profit taking, the next few hours will give some sort of indication as to which way this may go, just don’t want to sell any too soon just in case something comes of the rumour this time, I’m too close to a good exit point on my current investment and will only push that up if I blink too early and make the wrong call. It does seem like this may be in play for a few days at least.
If anything was concrete in regard to GVC and Amaya the share would be a lot higher than 6%. That's my biggest concern.
Not too sure, Crooks. It's still all speculation and at 96p i'm more inclined to sell. Amaya will release information in the near future. How long that will be is anyones guess so we could easily see it swing back down over the course of a month. It's a red and black gamble as it stands.
SP cooling down now
Isn't the BoD obligated to inform the exchange immediately if any deal is finalized
Thanks Kamel. Fingers and everything else crossed!!
crookman Hopefully this is the ducks being lined up and the optimum value can be extracted by a sale of the constituent parts to the best bidders. Your patience may about to be rewarded at long last. Fingers crossed for you.
Malta, Not so sure this time, this seems too much just on Amaya I think?
apparently official... watch this space
No need for me to be eating my hat or my kilt then?
Time to sell. Look's like an over reaction from the Amaya report.
looks like someone thinks they know something.
