Then again CICC has been suspended for two years. But that was delisted for very different reasons. An RTO should be straight forwards, even if it does fall outside the standard timeframes around being suspended.
Think it was 3-4 months.

Following the announcement of a reverse takeover that has been agreed or is in contemplation, the relevant AIM Securities will be suspended by the Exchange until the AIM company has published an admission document in respect of the proposed enlarged entity unless the target * is a listed company or another AIM company.
It should be noted that the Exchange expects the negotiations leading to a reverse takeover to be kept confidential, as allowed by the guidance to rule 11, until the point at which the AIM company can notify that a binding agreement that effects a reverse takeover has been entered into, which should, as far as is possible, be * accompanied by the publication of the requisite admission document.
**On the basis of the above I guess we are awaiting an admission document. This will require shareholder approval, so they will no doubt be communicating all this to us as soon as it’s available.

I agree with what yo'vve said rnorth.
No one has given anyone of us a guarantee to this going good or the way we want or as quickly as we want.
Be prepared to lose everything and for anything to have every chance to fail and you will have found peace of mind.
To add to this, a lot has happened since march to give everyone invested confidence.
Suspension is not a bad thing. But consider the lack of leaks. From the AGM, no one seems to be playing games and AG appears as serious as he has always been.
Imo he took a large stake because he wants to be in the driving seat. I repeat, AG owns more of this company than any other individual. Hence, Syms works for AG, not the other way round.
If it reaches Oct 5th, i will still be holding strong and peacefully. When all happens and it comes out flying, it it takes that long, what then if you sold.
Anyone complaining about time, was never prepared. Be honest.
How long was LVRT suspended for
Agree with all this. I left all my investment in LVRT through suspension (£10k) and it came back 100% up then continued to climb after a while. It was pretty stressful at times but if you have a good idea on target then it’s easier. We have a load of opinion on target and not hard evidence so it’s a difficult one. They may very well suspend and not want to be rushed into anything - however, given the proximity of shareholders to potential targets I’d expect due diligence is well under way. With AG being a shareholder he will be under a tight NDA. I expect he purchased loads of shares prior to formal discussions on RTO as once that starts he will be prevented from buying - I think. Positive situation.
If the RTO target is announced its likely that we suspend until complete I would think chances of completion of an RTO after announcing the target go up drastically (can still not complete but chances greatly increase)
If no target is announced in the next few weeks then some will likely pull their investment before Auto suspension in Oct Some might leave a small amount in to see what might happen during suspension but you need some large gonads to leave a significant investment in through auto suspension without news. My bank balance is not strong enough to leave all my investment in and my wife will likely remove my modest appendage if I did leave it all in, especially as she works in education and is currently looking for new employment due to way Academy’s are running schools these days.
Applegarth, if we get the rto does that mean the shares will be suspended and have to wait even further before we can sell if decide to? I'm unsure when would be the best time to bale out if I wanted to. Thanks in advance.
Applegarth
As a fairly large holder (1.29)% I really hope your predictions come true
Chris
Just catching up on here, I hold many BOU but nowhere close to the larger holders here but I remain just as confident in this as when things first started.
Our time will come.
TLAs BB has not been a nice place to be, had our fair share here as well over the months.
Great post applegarth.
I never lie on these bb's, never need to. If i was born 250 yrs ago, i could easily have been the first President of America. lol

We should go to 2p within 18 months with the right kind of RTO that has (or will have) ongoing revenues ie producing mining or pharma company. Or early stage research/exploration being successful. Use your imaginations!
0.2p for starters with a succesful RTO.
Can you elaborate your calculations to get the SP to 2p
That would make this a £250m company based on the shell alone
Mind you, we do need more than 7 trades to get to 2p
That’s a good point Applegarth a lot of folks think shares in issue affect gains - they don’t, it’s all about the market cap
Don't get bogged down with shares in issue. ie OXB on good news went from 2p -18p with 3.2 billion shares last year before they consolidated to £10 per share at 64million shares in issue. IF they had no news or very bad news during the previous year they might well have tanked to tenths or hundredths of a penny. On the good news which they got prevented this from happening so it was easy to go from 2p to 18p.
Well, a 1000% is still only 0.29p. Many bombed out share prices in the 1/00th of a penny range can make collossal gains on good news. Then those that hold a percentage for LT can find it happens again on good news, whilst the old lows get largely forgotten as new investors come in at the new levels. They in turn think they are in with a bargain. It's all relative to how low the sp originally was
However, shares already trading in the pennies rarely move into the ££'s on good news. You have a chance to 10 bag up to 200bag on extremely low prices with ongoing good news due to the 'catch up element. ie 18 months ago we were trading at 3p - 4p albeit with further dilution, though i would expect the sp to be at least 100x higher within the next 18 months on the right news at around 2p - 3p. It's all relative to how low you got in.
Everyone wants to believe their stock is the one to do 500, 700 or even a 1000%, that's why it's important to keep your emotions in check and have a realistic target, then let the rest run
One thing i have learnt over the years is not to chase another stock. Hence why in holding strong but finding it difficult having watched it rise daily. Wont be selling a single share of thus though. I believe my patience will pay off
TLA, was 0.25 2 weeks ago. Reached 3.25p today
Which stocks have risen 1000% ?
Come on. Throw a bone our way. This is getting frustratingly difficult watching other stocks rise 1000% in a matter of weeks.
