dickie3times - you might also still have time to register for tonights webinar if you want - 6pm is no good for me sadly, but I'm sure the highlights will be on here.
Suggest you pop over to Bould's website to have a read of the prospectus for our pending admission to the main market.
I have stopped following BOU as i am wasting too much time. But now i am confused...no news yet posters are talking as if something is happening. So are we going to relist or not.. anyone know anything?
It's been a long time coming.
Most of us would have happily accepted 15p as the issue price, but really deserve 20p for the wait!
oh well... we don't live in perfect world, but it will be interesting to hear what is said this evening!
brotherhoodofbri - the amount of shares you will receive is 1 share for every 500 you currently hold. The price has nothing to do with it.
Have your call notes ready for later.
"Mr Symms, can you explain why investors that were locked out for two years with a high probability of a total loss to their holding have not made a single penny of profit"
Thanks Ortus
Page 24 of the prospectus summarises the admission and placing statistics. Issue price is 10p.
I think that whoever takes up the placing shares will be pretty miffed if they do open higher that the issue price, will be very surprised if we do not see at least a 30% uplift on opening.
Even more possible depending on who takes the shares.
But where has the 0.10p come from? From my understanding that 0.10p is the price of those shares issued in the fundraise.
We do not know the go live price yet do we?
I worked out based on my buy i will be abou 33% down if we open at 10p. So i will need 15p to breakeven.
@bhobri - I thought the listing price was 10p not 5p?

Yeah that is fair enough. But on the consolidation alone we have lost 50% of our value assuming we bought at £0.01
I can't wait for tomorrow, I hope we get to ask questions live on air.
if you had 499 shares, your position is worse than you think Roobler - for every 500 old shares you get one new share. 499 is less than 500 shares, so you end up with no holding. However, ignoring that, the price per share is the issue price NOT the sale/trading/anything else you want to call it price. So your shares are worth whatever price they are when you sell them.
"Under the terms of the consolidation, you will be credited with 1 new ordinary share of GBP0.05 in exchange for every 500 existing ordinary shares of GBP0.01 held."
So if I had 499 shares of a price of 0.01 I would not get 1 share worth £0.05 so with that logic I have lost half of my value?
Now I know we think the go live price is £0.10 to get us back to break even but this is an even worse deal that I first thought.
I have lost half my value and they hope that we go live at £0.10 for you to break even at the last traded price before suspension...
I have just signed up for the webinar, should be very interesting.
Morning,
another liquid biopsy company (Inivata), which at some point i thought it is our target, has been acquired by a big pharma, look at #ipo rns today. We have the advantage of listing with a low sp which will multibag in time, I would definitely keep cizzle and for few months.
Why?
Marko you are up and down like a bride's nightie.
I hope we get to ask questions on Thursday live on air. That will be an awkward one for them to answer.
Sent an e mail hoping bod answer the question on why aren't long term holders getting any special treatment considering new investors on day 1 of submission will be better off with the SP
