Hi Jake, we will know all info by the 27th april. They are looking to relist by the 14th may or soon after. Check out the bould website and the announcement from the 20th April, it will update you on most of your queries until we find out the juicy bits!
I know that, but another that I will hopefully see come to fruition this year !!!
Hi all. I’ve been in this for a few years since the PSL days, lurking around and hoping for good news every time I check in. Anyway, seems like we’re about there now which is great. Just wondering if people could please advise:
- When will we know the price upon return to market?
- What date will we re-list?
- Based on people’s knowledge/experience, is there an average return for investors on RTO’s or is it very much dependant on a case by case basis, and therefore no point in even having a guess as it wouldn’t be based on anything of substance?
I’m only small-fry here with c. 4m shares but looking forward to hopefully getting some sort of return for the long wait!
Thanks in advance
Is 2021 the year? BOU looking promising, Accustem looking promising. Just need Tally and FFR to come good and things will be well on the up !!
How long it currently takes to diagnose Lung Cancer? and in the statement it states that patients will survive at least a year if diagnosed early.... that's not long really is it! Why just concentrate on Lung Cancer? If they can somehow develop the process to include most cancer's then we have hit the Jackpot guys!
Almost 9 in 10 lung cancer patients
will survive their disease for at least a year if diagnosed at the earliest stage. This falls to
around only 1 in 5 people when lung cancer is diagnosed at the most advanced stage.
Fundamentally, early detection can save lives.
Is everyone using the proxy form and posting to vote or is there another way does anyone know?
Thanks all, looking forward to digging into this company and seeing the benefit.
Hi Thanks Goldenl, all sounds great so lets keep everything crossed that we are onto a real winner, her is the Link for anyone who has not seen it, http://bouldopportunities.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Bould-Announcement-20-4-21.pdf

It would be good if the prospectus was published on Friday as it would give the Sunday papers time to report it, especially considering it could be a real success story, assuming it is a UK university.
from the announcement
"The Company has conditionally agreed to acquire a company which is a university
spin-out focused on patent protected technology for the early detection of lung
cancer."
It has been a long time in the making so let us hope this is a real success.
I wonder if Mr Glogowski will exercise his 3% warrants over the enlarged share capital following the RTO ? That would be a sign of confidence in the future prospects of the target company

Hi all, I would like to read the news from the website any one got the link, as it sounds as our long wait is nearly over ??, lets hope it is at least a 10 bagger ?? Thanks, Regards DM
Perhaps AG's interest and influence will work in our favour when it comes to allocation of share capital.
Best scenario woud also be to start with lower valuation at listing and have the market add the rest. Would be ****ed to see a Deliveroo or SYME type drop
Call nearer the time. After the AGM/EGM when all resolutions are passed.
I just spoke to Emma in Bristol who asserted that the fund and share account IS active (despite me not using it except for my delisted BOU holding) but HL don't recognise BOU as soon to be relisted. I assume it is because all motions have not passed as of this moment but we all know for certain that they WILL.
Deffo I will call in a few weeks.
Also Bed and ISA is still not on offer because they are all working in their pyjamas still. Funds need to clear for 2-3 days before they can be transferred into an ISA.
Hi Ortus,
I've just done a quick EPIC search on HL platform for some recent IPO's and to be fair all come up as 'OK' for SIPP and ISA.
I tried PBEE, FAIR and MMAG to name a few.
I've had an issue previously where a stock I wanted to invest in was not available in one or the other, mainly this was for new issue AIM stocks. Hence my request to HL I posted last night. I just wanted to check for my benefit and others here that both options would be available.
Another poster made a valid point earlier about at least having the option to slice if the return on listing was significant.
Maybe HL can't actually answer my question until the prospectus is issued. I'll keep you all posted.

My opinion on this is the brokers/platforms won’t know the situation yet. We as shareholders need to approve the proposed transaction and that info will go to the relevant platforms with consolidated share amounts, exchanges etc
Lovelyboy / anyone else
Are you aware of possible reasons why the relisted shares may not be allowed in a SIPP? The shares I have in my SIPP are still there (unlike the ones that were in my ISA) and I thought it was a given for an LSE main market listing?
Thanks for sharing. My HL account is active so no worries there. I think a call nearer the time would be a good idea to make sure they definitely flick the switch on BOU. Although not intending to sell its always worth having the option for a top slice at 10 bags on day one ;o)
Hi all, just a bit of advice for HL users, been onto HL and if you didn’t do anything at all with your shares when bou got delisted they go into the Fund and shares account, as long as this is active they say that on the day of re-listing they will show on your account and should be able to trade. But you need to make sure that the account is “active”. Mine wasn’t and needed to be reactivated which took them 2 mins over the phone, ring 0117 900 9000 and they will sort it out.
Less than 5 days until we know what the deal is!
The 13th May, just 3 weeks time, I feel like a prisoner counting down the days of his release.

GLA. BOULDERS.
Many thanks to ALL who replied to my question of the AGM date.
This is bloody exciting, if I were the BOD I would issue it before the weekend to give everyone a chance to read it. However, wishful thinking and too eager to see what we have.
I think you'll have to factor in at least a 20-1 consolidation. A new company wont want to list with 12 billion shares in issue. We will know soon enough
II - portfolio, voting mailbox - click vote - it tells you the date their. Or visit the company website
