Subscribed to a few. No spread - reasonable discount plus business prospects look bright. App worked fine.
New investor here just applied for a few via primsry bid
same, more chance making money on the share than winning a lambo on there website lol
Lots of buyers between 30 and 32 £ over the last 10 days. Small amounts generally. But a big discount.
Yes closed early. Tried a few time through the Primary Bid app and the payment wouldnt go through, only 41k shares available for the private investors.
So now the shares in the market will be around 53% , which should make the company more investable for certain institutions and good for the sp , once any placed shares are 'washed through'. Expecting a 10 percent drop tomorrow unfortunately but recovery over the next few weeks - we shall see.
My transaction is stuck as "pending" with primarybid. Does that mean I missed out?
Coolbeans44 - Anyone who has subscribed via Primary Bid will have a pending transaction. According to the RNS the offering was oversubscribed so until a solution to that is agreed and an email is sent out to all who applied, you will remain at pending. This happened with the CBX IPO via Primary Bid too, they ended up giving everyone their first £500 worth plus around 3-4% (can’t remember the exact amount) of their remaining amount applied for. This allows the company to maximise the number of new shareholders, albeit at a reduced holding. BOTB may go down the same route or have a plan of their own.
I got around 70% of my allocation.
Very happy .
I have had confirmation from Primary Bid that my subscription was successful but it was capped at 150 shares due to demand.
I got my email saying I'll get the shares on 12th April.. bit crappy if the share price falls before then as I won't be able to sell any.
