It's a fraud. The management has just successfully managed another pump and dump, it will go to zero.
Anyone know why the drop?

Large purchase by a director today. It is a bit difficult to workout the potential positive impact of the acquisition so this share purchase is very encouraging
Hi All,
Just noticed something which you might find interesting.
I made a buy order on Friday 30th November - and it's shown here as a SELL. Looking more closely at all the trades presented here from the last few days, you can tell by their prices that they were BUYS but are being presented in red as SELLS. I'm not sure why this is happening - but to the naked eye it suggests there are still more people selling than buying, which I don't think is accurate when you break it down.
Either way, I would expect there to be some form of rally sooner rather than later. The price sat around the 98-100 mark for some time prior to Boku's surge, so I am assuming there is a certain amount of support here, and would expect things to move upwards for the forseeable.
Cheers
Luke
selling this stock is preventing the SP from rising. PIs are only able to buy on certain platforms such as AJ Bell. Cant buy on HL. Frustrating!
Boku’s EBITDA transformed at half-year
Peter Roe, 10:25, 04 September 2018
logoAll looks set fair for Boku, the Direct Carrier Billing business, having reported a US$5.3m swing in EBITDA over the first half of last year, returning a positive US$2.5m for the six months to the end of June. Reported revenue was up 66% to US$16.9m, with total Payment Volume up 153% to over US$1.5bn.
Boku has continued to increase the number of connections into the App Stores and delivery platforms of major digital merchants (like Google, Facebook, Spotify and Apple) to 127 (up from 107 at the end of December) and the pipeline for further connections remains strong. The increasing number of connections have an annuity effect, securing access to a large number of potential subscribers in a digital market which is itself enjoying a double-digit growth rate. Boku has momentum and scale, driving low transaction costs and increasing the attractiveness of the company to global players.
Transaction volume and active user growth and a broadening customer base is also supporting Boku’s Optimise operation which uses data analytics to maximise customer spend and lifetime value. Boku has also introduced its Identity offering, enabling more accurate and up-to-date identity checks for system users, accessing the data of the network operators to reduce fraud, adding to Boku’s differentiation and value proposition.
Analysts are looking for US$34m for the full year, a growth of 40%, positive EBITDA and a strong cash performance. The cost base looks under control and the infrastructure has been scaled to support the medium-term volume growth expected. Pre-tax losses were dramatically down for the first half, to US$0.6m from US$6.6m, so at the end of 2018 the company should return a significant improvement on the reported US$28m pre-tax loss last year. Boku is making substantial progress.
Expect this to be a huge company with an SP of £4+ in the next 6 months!

BUY19 Jul '18This is by far the best prospect tech company that I have seen yet only seems to be AJ Bell where you can buy.
x-o.co.uk
Interactive Investor works fine.
Which broker please parity?
My broker will allow me to buy.
Hey Parity,
Have done so but they do not allow you to buy shares in this company even if you have completed that form. Only AJ Bell currently allows this company to be bought.
This is an American stock and you need to complete a Form W-8BEN before you can trade which you can get from your broker.

Have you tried speaking with Investor Relations ? https://www.boku.com/contact/investor-relations/ heather.armstrong@investor-focus.co.uk
I can't with my broker either. The reason is that US citizens can't trade in this stock. And some brokers cant be bothered to set up a way of checking this, so they make a blanket decision not to trade in the stocks. Shame because I feel it has a lot of potential
I had to fill out a w8 form which you need in order to trade US businesses but that’s was via AJ bell. You might need a new broker
Hi all, I would like to buy shares in BOKU but have been told by my broker (Halifax Share Dealing) that they can't set it up on their systems because it's subject to a Regulation S Category 3 Restriction - something to do with US persons. Has anyone here encountered the same thing and if so how/did you get around it? Many thanks Otherwys

10 million new shares coming onto the market for BOKU tomorrow. I'll be buying in at some point over the next few days. I expect that's why we've seen such a big sell off today- 1million worth. Great company with a great future though. 2018 will be a high growth year from a good position in a growing market. The board are serious players, top flight clients and a very fast growing user base. Revenues up 40% in the first trading update after two months! All good.
