Just look at Vertu Capital, Davictus PLC, Rapidcloud PLC, and their failed attempt to ipo Aries telecoms PLC which is linked to another fraud. They are all linked to each other with the same names popping up all the time. They all scream pump & dump. These are all shell companies no assets and no clear ownership, avoid like the plague in my opinion.
