Tradedesk-LTH have heard this for the past 4years so everybody needs to not get carried away and keep their feet on the ground. I'm still fully invested and think with AB in charge and importantly Timor Gap with a 40% interest we have a good chance of success .
Be nice to see a huge name drop on that farm in but remains the same , that first ever other permission slip from TL , or they build the two onshore Gas/LNG complexes , they will be happy for us to fill (2025/26 Metinaro and Beaco/Natarbora 2030/31)
Without those, we are in the same boat as the Majors/Tier1's that left all these big asset behind. ๐
All talking the talk, time after two decades for them to walk the walk and get it moving again, 3 known monster fields idle and more to find, Chuditch having multiple other leads by Shells 90's mapping and seismic, across the wider license, its only going to get BIGGER.
Appraisal drill reservoir location 6 times, the thickness of Shells discovery ch1 well - 149m v 25m
We await AB plan, production under Yeo ho ho and co NEVER in the equations and how much if any AB may plan to keep % wise on sell downs first JV Farm out and after the appraisal drill, if he now plans to change Boil and investor in assets, into a real, as he referred the other day Asia focused Oil Gas company๐ค
"...discussions with funding partners INTERESTED to participate in this project...and so yes absolutely they'll be a lot of news"
What do we think the cost of this appraisal well will be?
He can barely contain his smile when he says thereโs news coming ๐
If in doubt watch this from 4:45 where AB talks about funding. This is the body language of a man who knows something is about to happenโฆ
Up trend established. Market is loading in anticipation now. Well site finalised, an even bigger gas column 149m v 133m to go at. Long lead items have commenced.
Marc Howson, Head of Asia at Welligence Energy Analytics "Chuditch could supply around 300 million cf per day of feed gas into a 2 million tonnes per year FLNG vessel"
Annual revenue from feed gas would be approximately $985.5M/ year. An absolute beast of a Teir 1 project.
Rig Contract and JV/Partnership news next
Great interview, I just bought more after that. Significantly under budget.
Absolutely superb.

Cough indeed Jarv
Woodside , Santos , ENI , INPEX ,Conoco Phillips and the new Middle East company from the bid round, the only ones I could find recently with holdings in TL offshore licenses.... ๐๐๐๐
Will have another browse later but suspect, unless talking about Timor Gap drilling division and the other local based on TL , that jointly got a chunk of the Bayu platform re-config, he must be referring to one of those 5 above? ๐
Trojan great interview
Everything on track, chose a different location due to a stronger sea bed for the rig and now targeting a larger column of gas. Collaborating with other operators in the area cough, cough, they managed to cut down the costs, very interesting discussions ongoing with funders, working with a big team this week in TL on planning. Very happy with that thanks Andy Butler.
Right man in the job at last, some of us wanted it long ago , not waste of space bedroom presenter yeo ho ho and co, prayers answered
