during the period of the lockdowns, our online-to-offline lottery ticket business has benefited and grown impressively. The Company’s improved financial performance, and the additional time created by the lockdowns, has enabled us to improve our terms on the business-sale transaction, increasing the overall potential value to shareholders from circa $40m to more than $60m.
company selling its chinese operations for £50 million update end on FEB and shareholder agreement in Mrach
Is there still live in the company? My avg is 137. mmmmm a long way to go.

Still on the cards as part of the new company Global Fintech Holdings but nothing is for certain with BNN/GFH
Its been a while since I have looked at this company, last time I looked they were hoping to list on the Nasdaq? Is that not the intention anymore?

I would be expecting something considerably higher than the current 40p if their RNS is to be believed... Then again!!!!!

1.07 for me to break even, don't expect to get anywhere near this, and what is "a matched bargain arrangement", sounds like current share price of 40p to me.

So what to people think is going to happen now?..........
Heard that at the start of the week, but to be fair have lost confidence . Bnn seem to always have a tale but for the last couple of years have never delivered.
Possible RTO apparently, possibly, maybe. US-listed company. Presume NASDAQ. We can but wait and see. Owt is better than nowt.
I presume the deadline is midnight tonight. But I hold no hope , I think they'd prefer to go private , then try to list elsewhere if ever

20 mins to go folks. Doesn't look good although cold happen before 4.30
Another company (VAST) announced a new nomad on the final day before they would have been de-listed. Think BNN will do it the same way bwtfdik. Gla here. Let's hope it all works out.
I suspect there would be an announcement from the stock market even if BNN didn't make one. As for calling it a day, they would just continue as a private business, remember they had 27 mil in bank not so long ago. And there operations in China are in going, how well? Who knows seems BNN dont want to give operational updates lately! You would become a shareholder in the private company. But seems how poor the communication has been of late then getting any communication if they go private would be hardwork.
This might be a daft question but can the just not release anything and just call it a day ?

Must agree, not good by BNN board since the suspension. Hoping they do have the new Nomad lined up & then the Chairman can get the company moving again with the support of DM & new executives team as its put in place... here’s hoping..
It's not looking good, I'd of hoped if they had a new monad lined up then they would of already announced it. I've been a long term holder but taking it to the wire like they are doing is painful. I am hoping they can produce the goods but not confident at this late stage!

I hope so tinbum! Let’s hope the new Chairman has further news on how the business is developing & the way forward too.
7 more days till the new nomad is announced
Yes, agree Chiefton. The next couple of rns’s Will be interesting this month. News on hopefully some of the following 1) new Nomad 2) CFO announcement (if you read Advfn - sounds like he maybe already in place) 3) new Ned’s to replace the 2 board members that have gone 4) CEO news 4) New contracts 5) statement from new Chairman on the way forward... here’s hoping...
Well BNN is certainly turning out to be a rollercoaster! Bancroft had to go in my opinion, and Harry Keily hasn't handled the allegation issue that well if you ask me. So maybe for the best. Mark Hanson has a wealth of experience in the region so is probably a better fit. Onwards and upwards!
Deckchairs on the Titanic or a chink of light...I'm not sure http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail/BNN/13493995.html

The monad resigns as from 9th Jan , they have a month to replace , so 9th Feb. That is how I understand it. They then have till end March I think to lift suspension as that is 6 month anniversary of when suspended. So pressure on !

9th Feb.
Thought they had till the 9th to find a Nomad ?
Nomad resignation RNS should have been accompanied by a Nomad appointment RNS, more fish....
Thank for info Chiefton, I see what what you mean about Trolls on ADVFN put you right off shares but 1 or 2 decent contributors,
Avoid ADVFN...
Albanylad, advfn is the main one but there are a lot of trolls on there that post negatively for there own agenda, not just on Bnn but all shares. If you can filter them out you can get some decent posts. Although take anything you read on a BB with a pinch of salt. Michael Walters site has a very good discussion board but is a paid for subscription. £75 per year. But you get good articles and Commentry off MW. He covers Bnn amongst numerous other share tips. Hope that helps I too am sat on big losses at the moment!
