Onsolidgroud - Yes ,shouldn't have but normally market maker and institutional play to shake out weakness to buy on cheap. That how they make mo ey and small shareholders loss out by panicking and not analysing. They know wahr they are doing.
Certainly now seems to be slowly edging its way up to £6.00 and to be fair it should never have fallen on results day.

In the mean time, B & M chop chopping away to £6, gonna be a dump about £5.80 -£5.90, 10% rinse. Few ups and downs until 9th Jan 24. £7 soon, make your own mind up.

Gives you the chance to reinvest the dividend in advance then if they are doubling the discount and you have the funds available.
It is as usual. Always worth selling a few % the day before.

Hopefully shares don't drop more than same amount.
Div soon
Ex div this Thursday. Rise tomorrow, dip Thursday, rise next week. Maybe.
Perhaps the city has now got it's fill. There certainly wasn't any reason for a 7% fall off the recent results. It should imvho have followed M+S in an upward trajectory as it is clearly one of the success stories in retailing and plenty more accelerated growth to come.
