Old news but good news. http://www.valuethemarkets.com/index.php/2018/02/03/appraisal-well-game-changer-etinde-bowleven-market-sleeps-blvn/?utm_campaign=shareaholic&utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=socialnetwork

Nice find. I wonder if NA are thinking about their IPO again. What better time than on the back of a successful drill in Etinde with POO up as well. Would we be offered NA shares instead of cash?? Will we last that long ??

Up to date news seems to indicate that SNH has not exercised its right to back in for its 20%, the reason probably being so it doesn't have to pay its share of the appraisal drilling costs.
Researching after posting is probably not the best way to proceed... http://www.bowleven.com/operations/cameroon/etinde Under "" Our Partners and Alliances"" states that Bow has 20% and that SNH has exercised it's right to 20%
If blvn have to give this up They should get an extension to 35 years for etinde Also clearance to delivering revenue without having to get everything cleared by a government who just get in the way of delivering value!!!!
From the original RNS:..... "" $40 million staged deferred cash payment due at Etinde development project FID and on completion of appraisal drilling; and $40 million (net) carry for two appraisal wells. https://www.investegate.co.uk/bowleven-plc--blvn-/rns/etinde-farm-out-agreement-signed/201406240700203205K/ First one's a bit ambiguous as they'll maybe need to analyse the drilling campaign before announcing FID and giving us $40m. Good point about the $40m carry, though. If the campaign costs $100m do we get a refund. ( and can SNH afford $20m if it buys in ?? (or do they just get it for free ??) ) .. ??
The reason I wanted to know is, are we paying for the drill or are we paying a percentage.. I just dont see the drill costing 150 million US.. so will we get some of the money back..
I presume so. Who cares how our free carry is to be divvied up amongst our partners..... We still haven't heard as to whether SNH is going to take 20% of the field, as is their right. We have 25% at present. I don't know if they have to buy their way in or it's just given up to them. Given the state of poor Cameroon ( and VOG customers ) can SNH afford 20% of the costs of the drilling ??
Is the drill cost split between all parties? Split on percentage ownership.
When SP is drifting lower just have to remember each 1p fall is 1M lost for COC. I'm sure they'll be focused on getting end game right. Patience needed

As a cash shell now I think it's all down to the deal COC can do on Etinde and whether they deal pre or post drilling. Can't see SP moving otherwise
Its strange with all the good news due.. we linger here.. But thats Aim for u..

Etinde Cheniere taps China's booming natural gas market, signing first-ever US long-term LNG contract There is a great market just get on and realise the value Could easily treble from 30p but unfortunately will take at least 6 months!!!
10% market correction = 10% reduction here is logical however unpalatable. Markets go up gradually and come down sharply. I don't mind as I am able to buy those shares I missed the opportunity to buy, at December prices. I don't look at my portfolio when the markets are like this I look at the potential entry points which helps to avoid negative sentiment.
an age to get up to 33 p didnt take it long to go back to 30 tho
What a Spread
