I have decided to post the information that I believe is factually correct and has been noise that I was hearing about through two large institutions. New shareholders not disclosed,,,
My thoughts reflect yours Legache. I said the same last week, though I thought COC would hit 30% a few days ago and would be offering mid thirties. Looks like I got that wrong, but I would be suprised if it is much longer. We don't have to accept any offer they make, so I reckon they will pitch it to sweep up a lot more within their budget but won't expect or be able to afford to buy us all out and get 100% of the company. So imo their offer price is crucial for them to ensure they make considerable gains without breaking their bank. Personally I am looking for mid fifties myself and I don't expect them to go that high, so if it pans out as I suggest then I shall probably sit tight and hope the appraisal drills prove up further value. All just my thoughts everyone and I know others think they will sit just under 30%, but that is my opinion anyway for what it's worth. Good luck all.
56p seems to be the number... its just when.. before results....before drill... after results... my view before drill
I'm not sure the point of making a post about chatter, if not to elucidate your thoughts on the matter. Simply attention seeking. My thoughts is that COC are going to go over 30 and make an offer, but this is nothing more than a hunch. They pay, say 56p, then sell the entire thing on to Lukoil for say 65p making an absolute killing in for 2 years work. Simple.
"facts only" buts thats the opposite of your post is it not? bit hypocritical wouldnt you say? and i can guarantee you dont know anymore than the next private investor - its all just posturing well anyway, thanks for confirming your post was utterly useless
As I said Facts only...Im not going to waste my time explaining myself to you, there is so much noise around BLVN at the moment and if your not party to it, thats a shame..
He added that successful appraisal results will create "a much more lucrative commercial project to be able to take to a final investment decision." Tentatively, a final investment decision is targeted for next year, with first production about three years later. Chahin said the FLNG scheme is a multi-billion-dollar project, so Bowleven may decide to scale back its interest or sell it entirely instead of funding its way through the development. That might be the opportunity to realise some value for shareholders or find out shareholder appetite to play along the value chain. xxxxxxxxxxx An interesting couple of paragraphs are they going to take their holding 29.9% and make an offer if it is rejected then we carry on along the value chain which may result in a fundraising to finance our part of FID. Or there could be an offer in the pipeline ready to test our appetite. Just a thought.
sorry msn but thats not been the case in the past - and todays post also proves that can i ask you why you submitted a post to literally say you heard something which you dont want to post..........whats the reasoning behind that?
No ambiguous ramping, I agree it helps no-one.. just factual information.. which to date I have posted a lot of.. and well in advance.
1msn - apologies as not having a stab but you do seem to always be speculating (only about the upside i might add) and nothing you said to date has come to fruition most here will be long term holders and likely be under water because of Kevin Harts incompetence, so we want nothing more than a takeover to finally put this long draw out saga to bed and one at a substantial premium to this current SP would be great but now you are posting about hearing something you dont want to post about..........eh?! i think a healthy dose of optimism is OK, but then there is the cryptic nonsense like you have just posted all over these boards and its designed to be so deliberately vague that you can never actually proved wrong and is just a disguise for a bit of baseless ramping lets keep discussing the facts and applying substance and logic to any posts - ambiguous ramping helps no one apart from traders trying to get a temporary uplift to offload shares
lesson learnt.. Facts not rumours... is the way forward.. see you at 56p
Doesn't normally stop you making stuff up, as many on here will remember.
Im not going to post as its just chatter... the market is showing us
Reckon we will get a holdings RNS very soon. Perhaps with the 1 trade just reported the RNS has landed and will be released today. 40p is the target this week. Still undervalued at 40p.
Chatter? COC getting 30% and making an offer you mean?
There is chatter out there but i did not want to post...
Nice 250k buy at 35.70. 89.25k a followed by a 1 share trade
The recent move has been nice, but we are still 50% under valued to basic book value.. in my opinion this is just the start of the re-rate to a more sensible valuation in the 40"s for the next leg up when drilling take place.
May get a little help from the oil price up $1 to $67
Good volume again so far.. lets see what today brings..
Put the remainder of my pot into them Friday.
