You can tell there such a low free float of share around. The price is moving on smallish volumes. The circulation of free shares is just going to get smaller so get in while you can. IMHO
He’s a Chartist and journalist, not great at either.
He don’t do it for free let me tell you.

My girlfriend said if the share price keeps going up, she'll give me a BLOE
I have been saying the same, those on fence waiting to press buy AFTER substantial news , may just get burnt
The superb thing if that is the case grey badger is that people that are sat watching or moaning looking for a lower in seal their own fate.
I pray they suspend.
Either way this will be suspended pending an announcement. GLA
There are warrants and options due in June and the directors need to be 30 days clear before they can take them so were in potentially a very news rich period. The directs from what I understand need to have news out by 10th May 2024.
RNS Monday morning folks? So much transformational news to come. All company makers!!
Hey Tro.....! :)

Morning Avi8r glad to see you're 'on guard' this morning.
I think you mean Basin scale (not sink)which is the area that is away from the drill locations (reservoirs) and from what I understand is about the geology, petrology and metrology of the wider acreage (basin). If the subsurface has similar characteristics to that of the drilled locations (the ones they understand already) they estimate that it will take 8.7 gigatones minimum of carbon but also by opening up the geology with fracturing I presume then the acreage will take more carbon. The 256million tonnes refers to what the project could take now. The 250 day mineralisation is highly attractive also.
So in summary the 256m tonnes are for the reservoirs they have a full understanding of. Considering there are other drills going on across other leased blocks you could determine that the geology is similar so an estimate way upwards of the 256 million tonnes is well worth considering value wise when selling it.
I note hepseal says the huge amount may not be utilised however CCS is an ongoing project hence why it's classed as offsetting over a period of time. Its says it can offset turkey for 20 years.
Meow.
Aye helps. Theres a few articles about doing this in the UK and I didn’t think we needed over much storage to hit carbon zero targets (I.e., we wouldn’t need to pump offshore).
Good morning Avi8r & Mal
An observation from someone who does not fully understand the numbers - The recent RNS re CCS started off as follows:
"Block Energy plc, the development and production company focused on Georgia, is pleased to announce a study identifying a Carbon Capture and Storage ("CCS") opportunity within the Company's Block XIB with the potential to support a major net-zero CO2 industrial hub."
While the CCS is a fantastic asset for net zero credentials and Project 3 profitability it strikes me that as the CCS capacity is so large it will outstrip the actual demand by a considerable margin, even from a "major" industrial hub, so in reality may not be fully utilized. Just my thoughts on the matter and happy to be corrected.
Strange , even a BB where people agree the share is likely to head significantly up there’s bickering and in fighting.
I long to see the day a BB isn’t toxic.
BLOE has or had potential.
There are some wild figures being thrown around and I am not convinced people really understand what they are talking about, despite claiming research. Anyone challenging these are shouted down with petulant name calling and being accused of de-ramping. Pathetic, and says more about the respondent than those asking sensible questions.
I would like to know a couple of things, and while I don't deny things look very promising at last, but:
1. Why is there such a difference between 256M tonnes and 8.6G tonnes storage?
2. What does basin-sink mean?
3. How does 256M tonnes compare to other CCS facilities across the planet?
4. What are annual anthropogenic emissions?
5. What sort of costs are involved in pumping CO2 into the basin?
Perhaps this is the sort of research we should be doing to understand the bigger picture rather than saying numbers are mind-blowing. There is simply no evidence to support that. Maybe then we can determine a realistic price, which I do agree is quite north of the current.
g.a.y.lord98, I've never been negative, merely objective, though you cannot seem to work out the difference and just attack people based on your ignorance.
Thanks for the info on the CCS. I think this will wag the tail of any potential farm in / buyer as it will also help their net-zero credentials, which any carbon extractor is under extreme pressure to deliver. Even better if they don't have to share profits as they do with oil/gas, I doubt very much the licence would cover CC. Happy daze.
~what I's seeing Gary1960........!

Live SP seems to be 1.48p (up 1.76% since start of the day's trading) must be a time lag on here.
