this is interesting to note to,
car hire companies selling their fleets to stay afloat

As suspected just sit back and watch this government implode until we get one favourable to this mine.

Interesting development!
What is that Castillijon character doing, I even forgot his name.
How does he propose mining the silver for the solar panels or lime for the concrete the wind turbines sit on? That is presuming he is anti fossil fuel to!
P1D.....Germany has changed it's tune.
Apparently their three last nuclear power plants are to be re commissioned! Madrid, like most third world capitals is a bit behind the technology power curve.
No a return to a pre industrial era and agrarian economy is desired.

China is buying and stockpiling Uranium fuel.
Will the EU or Spain ever wake up to this?
Which is interesting as she has opted to go to court rather than a plea deal.
Her advisors and herself evidently feel she is within the remit of the law at the time of the offences. She was on tour apparently.
Whilst that administrator requests a transfer to the Shakira case. Which let's be honest is a lot more interesting.
Probably sitting at the bottom of some court administrators in-tray.
Hope she wins. Funny how this government has no problem breaking the law like it's done with BKY, but doesn't like others doing it.
Speaking of which, shouldn't we be hearing about BKY's administrative appeal soon?
Is there any real need to start extracting uranium out of the ground right now?
May as well sit back and watch what happens in the Shakira show trial instead.
They're doing the right thing re critical raw materials but need to include uranium.

It is a big gamble but imo BKY may yet come good. I believe the grown ups in Brussels will tell the Eco Idiots in Madrid that the EU needs it's own source of Uranium Fuel and that they need to start issuing permits. How proud, stubborn and stupid are the Spanish.....hard to put a value on it but Bigly.
"Uranium prices have surged to their highest level since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine sent convulsions through commodities markets, as the European energy crisis fuels bullish bets on the future of nuclear power.
The material known as “yellowcake” has jumped 7 per cent since mid-August to breach $50 a pound, a price last seen when many commodities were propelled higher by supply fears in the spring. Many market participants expect uranium to rise even further, with Bank of America predicting it will hit $70 a pound next year."
Next step is to establish (via the administrative appeal) that Miteco's refusal to permit, on the back of the CSN 2 report, is unlawful. Opens the door to a claim at the least. Long way to go whatever happens though.
A govt that follows PP's nuclear agenda will help certainly.
At some point there will be a change of Govt when the Spanish people get sick of the socialist green agenda. It could take a decade or more though.
It may be a great bet here, consider risk/reward ratio. At most you lose 20 pennies, and at best you are looking at 2-4 pounds reward.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KISFW3-ZJAU19 Mins 50 secs - Justin Huhn says berkeley energy project in spain unlikely to ever get off the ground, however great deposit though - jurisdictional risk
"Further in August 2022, PP outlined its political
view that Spain should modify its current climate change law with respect to uranium reserves in Spain to ensure Spain’s energy future is not reliant on Russian sources."
Interesting. More sensible than the coalition's approach.
It would be nice to have an indication from BKY of when the administrative appeal result might be forthcoming. Can't be too much longer?
From Today's FT:
Japan is preparing a big shift on nuclear power, with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announcing plans to look at the construction of new plants, in what would be a break with more than a decade of energy policy.
With energy prices soaring in the wake of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Kishida said Japan would restart more nuclear plants shut down after the 2011 Fukushima disaster and also study the development of next-generation reactors.
The prime minister had already announced the restart of some plants after Tokyo came close to suffering a power blackout this year, but his tentative plans for new nuclear reactors would be a U-turn on post-Fukushima policy.
Meanwhile the Eco Fascists running Spain into power cuts do not like Nuclear Power.....Why?
Because they are ignorant, gullible and easily led by the WEF and the NWO.
Well worded imo and good focus again on other nations' pro nuke stance. Interesting that the Finnish Greens are now actually pro nuke. Others might follow? And Germany's recent review made it in time for a mention too.
It would be good to know likely timings of the Miteco admin appeal decision. Can't be too much longer hopefully.
There's already a number of reasons for the csn and government to climb down now. Technical financial procedural legal and political obligation and precedent. Miteco could already do the right thing now and avoid accusations of u turns imo.
Let's see :)
Presumably no way in for big money without favourable reports and permitting, without which there's no project to fund. CSN Ribera etc strike me as fanatical in their anti nuclear stance, unafraid to break the law to achieve this political end, so will likewise presumably stick 2 fingers up to big money too.
Eventually Big Money gets what Big Money wants.
Helps nuclear's case and might help future funding (we know bky will need more). I doubt Ribera & Co will change tack though. It's about the administrative appeal atm to my mind.
