Hi Hit
In addition JD has confirmed that they are thriving under the virus in his earlier RNS so would also be difficult to convince the banks that the virus has interrupted the business.
The government Loan Scheme does not seem an option.
Draper is the one who has dragged this company through the shyte Count. IF there is something of substance here, i genuinely congratulate Draper and all of you bidliever cult crew. Let's see and not get too excited....i remain cautious at the moment.
Listen to the podcast you weasel. Looks like H1 revenues will be adjusted.
On the Government loans, they are on a case by case basis with the banks! Do you really think any new and pre profit companies are not going to get loans? you must be thicker than I first thought.
James Draper:
"We are in a situation where we don't have to immediately raise funds."
Unfortunately you are going to have to wait a little longer to buy in chancers. Or perhaps the wording isn't clear enough.
That was my initial thought as well Jilson, the banks won’t accept bidstack same as a bank wouldn’t accept a personal loan from me if I was leaking money
I'm pleased to see 39% for you guys today but don't be drawn in to a false sense of security by the waffling RNS. It gave no indication of adjusted revenue projections.
The company needs to raise its own funds as the Government loans are to assist previously profitable company's through this difficult time. They are not there to prop up badly managed shipwrecks losing £5m like bids. Management accounts showing profitability need to be provided in order to qualify. Bids will never meet the criteria for such a loan.
Most mug posters and their audience on here are an MM's dream. Beware of the spike!
I didn’t think bids would be eligible for any government grants but they could be for the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme, presuming they pass the banks rules and get accepted.
This offers up to £5mil.
I’m not saying bids can get it, but there is potential.
Agree count
Pair of sad muppets!
Yes and the market as crashed making traditional fund raising difficult at present, ense the loans you muppet!
Regarding government loans, All companies have to look at raising cash by other means, government loans are a last resort.
A government backed loan would certainly make sense!
Interesting point in the vox podcast today, when asked about funding. JD ssysvthey are ok for now, and potentially looking at new government funding schemes. We all know the government is offering loans to business due to the coronavirus.
So potentially a loan to tie us over and not fund raising!!!!!
Interesting!
