Gymbo, sorry been off grid for a few days so only just seen your message, have you had any of the emails now ? If not send an email to the admin address on the bidstackshareholders.org site. If your details have been registered and you were a holder at the time of administration you should be on the contact list.
Financial times, not the telegraph
What has happened here is very much like koovs, the CEO bought the company out of administration for peanuts and shareholders lost a lot of money, the CEO is a labour lord called Lord Waheed Alli. I believe nothing came off it and Alli was able to walk away untouched even though it was clear on what he had done, Lord Waheed Alli I guess has that many connections that he managed to get away with it, I just hope that JD ends up getting prosecuted. Shame about that interview getting blocked when he was going on about Andrew house, I think that's the last interview that I seen him on if anyone is interested in reading about the koovs case, I will try and post the link.. otherwise type in koovs and administration ... look for the telegraph good luck. https://www.ft.com/content/d779d025-a061-4d57-8df9-0ce1520a58e3
The silence from the big investors who have thrown big money into bidstack is very suspicious.
Why wouldn't they voice against and take action to fight those fraudsters? Most likely they organized this fraud together.
I received the email. It was in the junk folder.
Thank you to anyone who is helping to take action against the fraudsters. I will support the action until the end.
What has happened here is a big fraud and theft against the smaller investors and we must bring justice. The bigger investors probably are part of the fraud somehow, probably funded and supported the unethical director's move, otherwise JD and the rest wouldn't be so confident to commit such a fraud. Therefore we need to get to the bottom of this and all the liable parties to be held accountable.
Justice will bring the directors behind bars in order to make clear to other wannabe directors and potential fraudsters that committing a fraud against investors doesn't go unpunished.
I don't know if we'll ever get financial compensation but I will be happy to see justice is served and gets directors in prison.
Hi Clannus125,
I have not received any email even though I have registered. I have checked spam/junk email folders but nothing in it.
How do i request one now? Thanks
Hopefully everyone that signed up to the Alliance has received their first email now but if you haven't check your email junk folder
They're closing in on them. Draper will be hoping it's the people from the postcode lottery knocking on his door. .
...and ringing his bell. Unfortunately there won't be any lovely red puffa jackets on this lot.
Noticed the Proactive Investors interview from Feb 20 is now blocked from public viewing although the other interviews done since then are still viewable. From memory this was the one where Andrew Scott grilled him on the share selling.
"18/2/20- Bidstack Group PLC's (LON:BIDS) James Draper introduces the business to Proactive London's Andrew Scott to discuss the firm's 2019 trading update as well as the outlook for the in-game advertising technology space. Draper says a big focus for them in the year ahead will be on education helping investors on what to look out for and when. ''There'll be a new wave of titles coming out from around June onwards and we want to be in a position to capitalise on them to make some serious revenue''. ''It's all about making sure we do the right things in the first few months of this year to ensure we're ready to spend our already locked down trade agreement cash on the right sort of inventory for our customers"
I have read it and my opinions remain the same I'm afraid, it all stinks. Main takes outs for me were Hilco's valuation on the IP at only 10K, no way of knowing how much detail was included in the teaser document , the rushed element to the whole thing, the (ridiculously high ) cash burn of the company, no details of how the 3 mil from Azerion seems to have just been vaporised almost instantly
Look it up on Companies House.
As I said before, shareholders form no part of an insolvency process - it's all about maximising returns for creditors.
No what does it say?
Have you read the Statement of Administrator's Proposal?
@tilfatladysigns except perhaps in the case of blatant fraud and deception. If the IP was shielded from any deals, if the administrators were misled into thinking that the company was only worth £80k, if the shareholders were not consulted at any time, if no serious buyers were contacted, then there is a blatant case for fraud and the administrators either didn't investigate properly and thus didn't do their job properly or were complicit. In which case IMHO there is a case for them to be liable too.
The administrators have no statutory duty to protect shareholders. The prime objective for the administrators of any company, be it private or publicly listed, is to protect and maximise returns for creditors.
So maybe A&M should be sharing some liability in this disgraceful act too
Imagine if you worked as an insolvency practitioner for a globally renowned professional services provider that's known for asking tough questions, listening well, digging in and rolling up it's sleeves and notable for their turnaround management and you were fooled into thinking the best you could get for a company's assets was 80k on Facebook marketplace ? An offer of 800k would seem like your lucky day. Well done boys. Wouldn't want to be in your shoes at your next pay review
@bladesharp,
I suggest in addition to Draper, your law firm checks out the liability and indemnity insurance of the NOMAD (if they have it) as a way of recovering losses? There may be more cash to recover from that source.
Draper is an absolute pig of a human being and I wish you all good luck with your quest. It would be nice to see him brought to justice.
Notice some past employees including Derek Wise, ex NED, liking this statement from Jamy.
Clearly Draper is not a liked person.
This just adds to the fire.
The net will be closing in and they will soon have a lot of explaining to do..... Can't wait.

Perhaps Jamy Nigri should have a chat with Nick Hargrave and the Bidstack Shareholders Alliance?! as he writes the following on Linkedin:
Bidstack just keeps screwing up!!
I commented on their tone deaf post about bankrupting the company - and then acquiring the assets 5 seconds later at a fire sale. Wiping out money from hard working people and friends of mine. USING the excitement around GAMING - despite not understanding or caring about the space.
This ends now ..
I reposted their tone deaf statement — and now — they‘be obviously blocked it. Predictable. Hiding. Avoiding. Lying.
Dear James & Lisa,
You can block - and you can dodge; however, what you’ve done is disgusting. I use that word quite purposefully.
I never commented when you;
- issued BS marketing to pump the stock
- issued BS partnerships that you never fulfilled to pump your stock
… and I didn’t comment because of business incompetence, terrible technology and a myriad of poor decisions … because that’s just incompetence.
This is different. And whilst I abhor thinking about your business - and reliving those days - you’ve stepped over the line.
So EXPECT me to be quite vocal.
And again, I INVITE your comments - because we both know that they won’t stand up in the public eye.

Exposing the crookedness.
Just a thought but shouldn't Bidscam sorry Bidstack be reported here:
https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
They haven't been transparent with the shareholders, have in fact lied about their true intentions, have walked away with millions worth of IP. Surely this qualifies as fraud?
Good Lord Mr Patience!!!.....you really have been shat on from a great height here! We've all been absolutely shafted and let's hope karma isn't far away.
