Aberdeenman
Confirmation its relisting back on Monday under new ticker EISB.
10:1 consolidation confirmed via message from AJ Bell
Countingcards, as per the admission document, market cap after listing is 29.9m, so I was a teeny bit out, 10:1 consolidation.
33.33% premium to closing on suspension, but hopefully we see an immediate rise, as the company is producing, and by the looks of it going for rapid expansion.
I will hold onto my shares, could be a very smart move, and although I have a chunk of these 7 figures in shares currently, it is not enough to make a dent, but give it a few years and it could be a very tidy sum.

There are currently 222m shares, and suspension price was around 0.75p? Giving a current suspended market cap of £1.67m.
We don’t know what the placing price was although it has been oversubscribed, and it was to raise £3m by way of 30m new shares. The Times article 2nd June 2021 highlighted around 10p per share which equates correctly to the placing.
How are you then working out a consolidation of 10:1 (has this been indicated anywhere?) based on 222m old shares plus 30m new shares and coming to a price of 1p on relist?
thank you.
Looks like a 30m market cap, and a 10:1 consolidation, so effectively 1p a share on relist.
But with it being main market hopefully, we shall see some buy in, the placing was oversubscribed, so demand there.
Not long now ;-)
Aberdeenman
Any thoughts on mcap upon relist?

A New Zealand-based supplier of upmarket mixers that is aiming to establish itself as a global No 2 to Fever-Tree Drinks is set to list on Aim with a market value of £30 million.
East Imperial, founded in 2012 by Tony Burt, a former chief executive of M&C Saatchi New Zealand, is listing by means of a reverse takeover of Bermele, a cash shell, in which Burt, 50, will emerge with a 21.4 per cent stake.
Alongside the listing, East Imperial, which is being advised by Optiva Securities, a boutique broker, will raise £3 million of new funds through a placing of 30 million shares at 10p a share to finance its growth ambitions.

Would be nice.
Hoping this is the month we hear about listing.
Aberdeenman
Should not be too long now. Regulatory authorities can take forever....
The investor paying over 100k knows it is coming good, he/she will make their money from the difference from 0.6p to the listing price on admission, from my reading we are going for 2p upwards.
That means an easy bag just on the listing, and considering the potential size of the deal I would expect some decent buy in perhaps pushing that price up to 4p.
Aberdeenman
Fingers crossed all goes well.
"Preparations for the publication of a prospectus and admission of the enlarged group to trading on the London Stock Exchange are well advanced." Sounds promising for a potentially +ve release from suspension...

They will correct it. Have made them aware.
RNS "Bermele plc announces its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 31 January 2020." They can't be arsed to check read either by the looks of it. Waiting for the reposting to correct this! Otherwise, we wait, and wait, and wait....

May did something similar at RLH. Not so sure this will ever relist
Hope we don't have to wait the full 12 months of this loan duration before East Imperial is wrapped up!

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2020-10-24/coca-cola-european-said-in-talks-to-acquire-coca-cola-amatil
Coca-Cola European Partners Plc, the world’s largest independent bottler of the storied soft drink, is in talks to acquire Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd. to expand in Asia Pacific, according to people familiar with the matter.
The talks underscore how soft drink bottlers are under pressure to consolidate as the popularity of sugary drinks declines.
**Good for BERM as their potential markets shows they are increasing.
BERM are buying Imperial, by all accounts there will be a very large amount of money being invested to make it into a global big brand.
Fevertree did it in a mass market way, this will be even more premium, and as big in time.
Aberdeenman
@Aberdeenman - very interesting find (the PDF), whilst it is November 2020, what does this signify in respect of Bermele's acquisition actions? East Imperial at https://www.eastimperial.com/pages/story is an ongoing business, is the flyer you posted just another regular part of their sales program?

I am in agreement Aberdeenman
Initial contacts to others across where the markets already in operations show fantastic potential here. Not impossible to be hitting market cap of a few hundred million from the word go. I have a small holding but will be adding as and when funds allow.
Fevertree were £154m from the word go when they entered the market in 2013. Now worth as you say rightly around £2.5bn. I was in the local Asda yesterday and there were only two bottles on the shelf. In other words cleaned out!. Doing great sales.
The people who call you out, show you how much they lack actually doing any groundwork themselves and will sadly miss a great opportunity under their own noses. Its sad but they insist on losing money and opportunities.
Here is hopefully some help for those interested in a good investment.

"Where’s Aberdeenman??
To give his opinion!!"
Have a read of my 21st Jan post
I expect this deal to be far bigger than many expect, think £xxxm, we will all do very well here, especially if prepared to sit on them for a few years.
Fevertree has a market cap of ~£2.5B, that is the aim, if not bought out along the way.
Aberdeenman
"Pharmaceutical" company - well only just. Seems we might be about to be a fizzy drink supplier...
Sorry a little lost dajjas. Why is aberdeenman opinion, a fellow poster more pressing than news announced today. Are opinions more important?
A little checking had shown Fevertree as closest rivals FEVR. They are north of £20 per share last check. Seen a few videos with East Imperial and Tony Burt CEO and quite impressed in his outlook and growth prospects.
Any placing will be attractive hopefully to rerate this one.
Where’s Aberdeenman??

Some one just bought 1.4 million shares!!
I wonder if something is happening
Everytime I spoke to him about rlh, he'd just kick the can down the road to keep pi's off his back.
Ultimately hes not bothered as hes getting a good salary regardless
If I remember rightly Toby Hayward was also Chief Exec. Officer at RLH another RTO Co. that never happened, would I trust him - nope!! RLH heard nothing in over 3 years! So is this going the same way - possibly?
Any news??

And remind me... what was the name of that "consultancy" company that the (F)Lying Scot was caught attempting to set up? You know, the one that was geared to "assisting" small Mcap and/or "pre-revenue" start-ups to raise funding by helping "bolster" their share prices?
Could there be a more obvious ramper for hire...
30th may 2019 [BERM share price 2.5p]
“Up to each to make up their mind, but I KNOW this is a winner.”
3rd June 2019 [BERM share price 2.375p]
“Deal will not take so long to be done here.”
but currently, still no deal at all has taken
place, share price now 1p bid, company
seeking permission to look for other kinds
of deals as seems previous search has failed,
and the company is attempting a placement
for 20 million shares at 1p ( & issue 2m to pay
debts) & seeking permission to issue 40 million.
presumably he is either being paid to ramp the company’s shares,
& / or needs to offload some 1p placing shares he has acquired.
Back from the dead. I couldnt believe it when I saw your name. Im still in RLH another shell that is taking a looooonnggg time to make a move. Whats your thoughts on RLH...time scales are not a given in shells including this one...
Aberdeenman, you have any info on what's is happening with Japan deal Re NFX002, every little helps and I know you know the bod very well. Sorry off topic here.

So was placing the negative news you were talking about!!
What’s the positive news then!!!
These comments, OMG, do you even understand Shells?
There is risk and massive reward.
As for the reward, despite my retractors, I have a skill seeing companies at a very early stage that produce returns in the 10+ bags. Where they go from there is subjective, and each to thier own exit and timeframe.
This one, as I said will do well, hearing good things, I think the fizz has not gone and it will be a great tonic to anyone's SIPP, or even, on an earlier timeframe, the results will have some 'natural & organic' spectacular growth.
Those that detract from me, are usualy short term profit seekers, those that listen can make serious money by getting in at the right time!
Fever it will not be, but it will reach a similar cresendo.

Produces nothing. No track record. A relatively pitiful amount of cash which will be swallowed up with wages and listing costs. No specific idea of what they will buy. Incredible. Literally!
