This is the same Lenigas that said it was "the saudi arabia of lithium" ! Now he apperars to be rubber stamping this rubbish deal also !!!! Someone is getting their palms greased here I wager !
I thought only around 15% of the Sonora proposed development was made up of the assets owned by Mexalit?

Amazing for @CadenceMinerals
- Bacanora being potential cash bid by Gangfeng at 67.5p a share. I started this whole venture at Sonora. So chuffed. Cadence own about 30% of about 70% of this massive Sonora #Lithium deposit. Now 800lb gorilla partner.#KDNC

Surely you'd be looking at Cadence Minerals (KDNC) with a 30% interest in most of the sonora concessions here, not to mention rare earths and a potential 27% of a $1bn Iron ore projects with only a £42m market cap and strong multi-bag potential!

why not stay with lithium? there are many interesting and still undervalued companies on the market .. like Lithium Chile (LITH.V) with 12 high grade Lithium projects and 5 Gold / Copper prospects -> current MC 55M us$, or really cheap GBML.V with Clay project in usa and Li property in Ireland (!) - with MC of "just" 12M us$
Have a look at Tharisa (THS) - a platinum group metals and chrome miner with amazing profitability and cash generation t the moment - interims out on 27th with decent dividend.
I also like the look of FAR and HZM.
If anybody fancies a gamble (note - "gamble") - Botswana Diamonds (BOD) are in the middle of making a discovery at Thorny River and the market hasn't really adjusted to it yet.
Vanadium is an interesting play.
Have a look at FAR, probably the biggest Vanadium resource in the World & Sir Mick Davies investing/becoming Chairman, do research this, it could be very worthwhile.
Regarding BCN, I’m sure we’ll get a higher offer.......
