Blandford has sailed through rough seas before. He tends to come out of the storm intact, and usually more wealthy... :)
Blanford has increased his stake, confidence?

This is it. Solid confirmation. "EBITDA positive numbers for every month in Q1 of FY2024". The turnaround moment.
Last post: Gilberg, 19 May 2024 20:36
The strategy is clearly communicated in RNSes. The Company is a b2b company servicing the gambling sector. Now, through marketing. The acquisition of EMWYS falls in line with this.
I have not sold any of my position, which of course is in deep red for the time being. Nor have I accumulated any new shares for quite some time. I want to see green numbers before doing so. Once that occurs, I will start adding.
Full Year 2023 results should be announced soon. The management would be wise to guide us on expectations for 2024. The tone in previous RNSes has been that the Company targets profitability in the short term. It would obviously be amazing news should the management manage to get this executed. That remains to be seen, but I think they will deliver.
Nerd, at a all time low, and absolutely no interest in buying,
how can you say you are betting on it, this has been an
disaster for anyone holding, thankfully I don`t hold to many,
if you are close to manegment, here`s thought, why not let
shareholders know what the strategy is, if there is one?
One can always discuss what makes a site a great site. Overall, I agree on that the site should explain to new users what Oddsen.nu is about. Coming from the same GEO as this site has traditionally operated in, I can however say it is the most reputable site in its area. And it has been so for years. The business model seems proven beyond doubt. Can it grow internationally? I think so, and I´m betting on it :)
I don't suppose management read messages on this board but, if I was going to make a product available globallly, I would first want to ensure that the website for it was fit for purpose.
Having seen today's RNS, I thought I'd take a look at the Oddsen.nu website. It looks like it was designed when the internet first became a thing. It looks amateurish, tired, and not user friendly. Why is there not a front page proclaiming clearly what it does (and correctly spelled (see "are" instead of "era") with appropriate links to region specific and sport specific content for example.
As it stands, I can't see this website being a great organic growth story. I hope I'm wrong.
Not sure about the funds.
Blandford keeps accumulating, and that is a good sign for sure.
How are the funds holding up Nerd?

The latest update from Zeus Capital Ltd (available on the Zeus web portal), is pure eye candy in my opinion. Targets hit for 2023, and green numbers expected for 2024. Price target set forth is more than double the current trading price (!)
It seems cost reduction measures has been successful. I strongly believe that Mr.Ronny Breivik and his team has made some tough, but right, choices, and the shift in strategy is now paying off. Also, IMO, having Mr.Mark Blandford, the founder of Sportingbet, on the team as an advisor, has been a valuable asset for the company.
I also think it is worth mentioning that Mr.Blandford is a significant shareholder in the company, and furthermore; as far as I can tell he has not sold any shares during 2023. On the contrary, his positions has increased.

I hope you are right Nerd, I should think there
are a fair few waiting to see signs of a turnaround,
myself included, before adding more.
Trufflehound, I agree completely. And the company delivered on Revenue and Profit After tax.
It hit 2023 targets, and it guided a 2024 in line with their last RNS. The management did deliver on what they said they would deliver. Reading the RNS it is obvious that operational costs have come down.
It is January. Not many companies will go out and guide in strong wording how the year will look like. From my point of view, B90 went very far in saying profitability is to be expected.
Nice of you to drop in Nerd, while your opinion
is appreciated, the only thing that will turn
this round are numbers of the right sort,
which to date we haven`t saw.
From red numbers in 2023 to green numbers in 2024. That is significant news, and I think we will see a very positive development with regards to the share price this coming months. Obviously not financial advice, everyone should do their own due diligence.
Well we`ve had the update...I guess we`ll
now get the placing, another one for the
dustbin!
Nerd, all investors understand timeframes can`t always
be accurate, but what we really need is guidance, you`re
cutting overheads, fine, perhaps you could elaborate more.
You`re changing strategy how will that effect revenues?
I know you can`t include market sensitive details, but
generally speaking would help.
Yeah Truffle, I was wrong. For now.
What were you saying about 20p before xmas Nerd?

Hey Truffle, cost cutting measures are being implemented, and a significant change in strategy has been passed, so yes, I expect improved numbers for 2024-->
This may be a good time to buy some.
I had forgotten all about this, I have been down the pan for years About time something happened.
So Nerd, are you guys going to start making some money?

Easy on the pump there Nerd.
Always a good sign when executives accumulate.

What an opportunity! At less than 6 pence per share, you can triple you investment in no time. Or more!
Andrew McIver, former CEO of Jackpotjoy Plc and Sportingbet Plc, has accepted the position of Non-Executive Director (NED) at newly-launched igaming operator, B90 Holdings Plc.
B90, which aims to establish a portfolio of Europe-wide challenger igaming brands and media portals, has recruited McIver to serve as a corporate NED, guiding the business through its rapid growth phase.
An industry stalwart, McIver’s initial success in igaming involved leading the break-up of Sportingbet to GVC Holdings (formerly known as Entain Plc) and William Hill in 2012. This was a record-breaking deal with a sale value of £450m.
In 2016, he returned to the gambling boardroom as the CEO of Jackpotjoy Plc. He was tasked with overseeing the group’s reorganisation and transferring its listing from the Toronto TSX to the London Stock Exchange (LSE), actions which aimed to rejuvenate Jackpotjoy’s corporate valuation.
Since 2019, McIver has served as the Non-Executive Chairman of the leading Italian sportsbook Planet Win/SKS365, during which he oversaw the firm’s transformation and EBITDA growth from £25m to £65m.
In other developments, B90 has announced the appointment of Farzad Peyman as Chief Finance and M&A Development Officer. Ronny Breivik, Executive Chairman of B90, commented: “I am delighted to welcome both Andrew and Farzad to B90. I’ve had the privilege of knowing and working with Andrew for many years. He is a respected figure in the gaming industry, boasting a wealth of unparalleled experience. Farzad is also a significant name in the sector, and I’m pleased to collaborate with him once more.
“Andrew and Farzad’s appointments follow the recruitment of Mark Blandford, founder of Sportingbet plc, as a Strategic Adviser to B90 earlier this year. Our team is eagerly anticipating the pooling of our collective insight, knowledge, strategic experience, and networks. This collaboration will allow us to capitalise on the opportunities we have identified, setting the stage for robust growth.”

I see those sells truffle but they are being matched by purchases almost at the same time. I think b90 is well on its way this time after a few false starts.
JD, take a look a the trades today, all the sells,
and tell me it`s not forward selling, bearing in
mind placing shares go live on the 21st.
They certainly do if its a retail placing. Blandford took 50% of the placing shares and we wait to hear from the other Directors shortly.
Not underestimating them, it`s just
a fact, shares always get rinsed at a
placing.
Blandford took £1m of the £2m. Some TR1's will hopefully show the other £1m went into safe sticky hands. Dont underestimate this management team.

Same model as sportingbet. Small PLC vehicle now in place to acquire some meaningful gambling targets. B90 is going to be something special
B90 just released a juicy RNS. Hefty reduction in debt by converting loan notes, and Mr.Mark Blandford taking an even bigger position in the company. For those of you who do not know who Mr. Blandford is, he is an entrepreneur, a pioneer, and a Legend in the gaming community. Google him... He is the Real Deal.

Thanks Nerd. Good luck to you. Hopefully you were able to take advantage of these crazy low prices. I've been watching this stock for a few years and didn't want to buy until I was sure the bottom was reached and we were in for a turnaround. The last few updates have been excellent and it's just a shame this is so under-the-radar. But it's been great to buy while so low. I noticed another buyer building a position here over the last few weeks, buying regular blocks of 20000. Maybe a TR1 soon? Let's hope for a big re-rate. CLN holders must be confident as they won't be converting until 2024!!
GLA!
re: Bond-Investment
Your average certainly is much lower than mine. I´m in since 10p.. But I still feel confident This will turn into a very profitable investment. Yours will be nothing less than spectacular!
I agree that the company is now in a much better place. Seriously under the radar still. I'm in since 3.25p. Haven't sold a single share and don't intend to for a while. Revenues up and funding completed so there isn't much to stop this climbing!!
10p is certainly a significant resistance level. But medium term I think we will break through 10p. And long term I am super-bullish, so much so I am almost reluctant to share my predictions.. But given the trimming this company has gone through, it is now so lean and so focused on growth, and it has acquired such a talented group of people including Mr.Mark Blandford and Mr.Ronny Breivik, I think we will see the share price multiply several times during 2024/25.
Good to see this on the top risers board for 2 days in a row. As I said here a couple of weeks back; just needed to be noticed by investors and this would start rising very quickly. Wouldn't be surprised to see 10p soon. GLA! :-)
Put some in the sipp…. gla.

Anyone in? Quoted 5.92 to buy on HL might take some.
Buy now. All-in, dump whatever stocks you´re holding, relocate funds or sell your car if you have to. Clear skies up to 10 gbx (close to zero resistance technically due to major shareholders having a dollar average around 10), plus major developments and announcements in the pipeline.
