Yep still here and waiting for lift off....................
Yes thank you. Not a lot to say, just waiting on what will happen. Good BOD, good idea, cash shells on AIM getting restricted in the future, loads of cash, and trading at roughly cash. If you like shells then this is a pukka quality one. Not a lot to talk about in the meantime but yes I'm still here and expected to have to ride this one out.
anyone still in this? Sleepy Hollow or what?
If any of you have issues with how market operates here is a chance for you to voice your concerns. It's quick and easy, be it not a lot of space to write much and no names, address or email accounts required. The more Pi reply the more chance of them taking notice of the smaller investor. ......I hope. You can paste on any other Boards you use. Closes 23 OCT http://www.bankofengland.co.uk/markets/Pages/ofpoll.aspx
A year now since listing ,auct has had a few p and d ,I'm hoping news not miles away .
Yes let's hope so, in a very selective club now. Once pi's catch on this will really fly.
Hope the board realise the importance of remaining main market and no dropping a division like previous attempted acquisition. I'm sure they do ,having surely received e mails at tthe time
thanks for the welcome. Have been in here a couple of times before but your comments the other day prompted me to re-visit, so thank you for that. I am convinced that the proposed AIM cash shell rules are game changers as it is going to be difficult to convince investors to come on board knowing that the company will be forced to suspend within 6 months if an investment isn't made and secondly the AIM shell will be forced into making what could be a sub standard investment in order to avoid the suspension. In my view this will lead to the shell hunters seeing main market cash shells as being a safer place as those restrictive rules will not apply. I can only find AUCT and FBDU as main market cash shells which are currently not suspended (happy to be corrected on this) and between them they have a market cap of less than £2m! To me something has got to give and can see a pretty rapid ascent in both cases.
Welcome :). That AIM rule change will change the shell dynamics won't it?
Good choices imv. Think both have the potential to deliver exponential returns
Purchased a few here today and FBDU
FBDU have 3% there. Very excited by that one
Whats the other one youre in Smudge?
All bought a few this morning ,auct been about a good while now ,after last attempt rto I'm hoping news soon and to remain main market which as stated is a major attraction.
Yes, I think when the new rules for AIM cash shells are fully appreciated those shells which are main market listed will really fly. I have a large position in the only other one I can find which is not currently suspended
Welcome aboard looks like some like minded are joining you. Lots if potential here i think - good luck
A position here this morning. Being one of only a couple of main market listed cash shells on AIM offers an attractive play imv
How much cash do we have?
while we wait. We are main market listed. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/analysis-and-features/playing-the-shell-game-can-make-or-cost-you-a-fortune-10483885.html
Nice to see them buying in the open market as well as via the subscription. The subscription puts money into the company to deploy. Open market share purchases don't but they do support the SP. Agree - nice to see them doing both, and with their own cash.
Directors and others buying. Always a very positive sign. Nice tick up again today. Could be some peeps buying back in.
The closing SP is 50.5, not what's shown above....
recovery here today. Confidence returning.
to the BoD putting in £122k protecting the initial cash balance prior to suspension.
.. Have taken losses
