Yep, great to see both Canaccord and Lombard Odier increasing - they now won a whopping 31% between them. Quite a commitment in a small cap stock like ATQT. Hopefully all of this is a sign that ATQT have now turned the corner.
Agreed BNL, a real seal of approval for the recent CEO appointment.
Well that explains the 3 million share volume from Tuesday.. Canaccord and their 'discretionary clients' have gone to 10%. Looking foreward to great things from this co in the second half of 2018.
This does look to be a strong appointment. Mckeever has a great track record. With 90% recurring income, I liked the new CEO's comments this morning about ATQT's momentum: "ATTRAQT is leading the field in eCommerce acceleration, and with its first in class technology and exceptional customer base I am very excited to be joining the business at this time. Strong foundations have been laid and I am committed to building on the momentum ATTRAQT saw towards the end of 2017, with continued innovation, new client wins and further upsell to current customers."
Good to see the price reacting so well. Lombard just notified they have increased again - big votes of confidence all round.
Great news, a new CEO announced this morning and looking at his background, he looks well equipped to support the next phase of the business and most importantly and clearly stated, grow shareholder value. Onwards and upwards
Finally! Looks like a pretty solid appointment, lots of similar past experience and knows how to grow a business. Onwards and upwards!
over a million quid? Reckon that must be the last tranche of the old CEO's holding?
Like we might finally have turned a corner..
Good to see that he's now out the picture with no notifiable holding. Probably Lombard that took his shares but at least that's a major source of supply now dried up. Need a new CEO and a couple of decent contracts now please..
Agreed, just seen the RNS. We could do with some fab news as the SP is holding its own despite not many buys
That was Lombard increasing by the looks of it. How long does it take to appoint a bloody CEO, Andre quit ages ago?! Such a frustrating company to be invested in..
820k gone through at 30p?
Yes ever so slightly, gone from 20 to 19.5%
Or maybe Kestrel..........
If I have read it correctly, looks like Artemis has disposed of some of their holding?
Nope.. I suggested we could be in line for a TR-1 at some point as there have been a couple of days like that. Maybe the old CEO Andre selling out of some of his holding? Who knows.. didn't move the price though so definitely a buyer willing to take them.
Anyone know what the large trades were this morning, over 1m shares changing hands?
You’re tempting me to top up Bid!
Over a million shares changed hands just before the close today, interesting volume. I've had a pretty large punt on these mainly because I think it has a great product in a massively growing market with plenty of positive news flow to come (new CEO, converting a strong sales pipeline into revenue, etc). I am quietly confident this is going to come good..
I love these small caps with huge potential hence why I'm invested in this one. It's a shame there wasn't a bigger rise in the sp after this report. I had some good news with Lansdowne oil and gas today and hoping for even greater news with nuog. These are examples of small caps with huge potential.
2.3M+ exceptionals. With some trimming, if exceptionals don't recurr, and if no competitor/disruptor doesn't spoil the party it will be ok. Very fast moving market and change can blind side even the best.
Not just any illiquid under the radar share though, it’s a market leader in a growth sector with some seriously heavyweight institutions behind it. Once it gets moving it will gap quickly - great if you’re involved before it starts the move.
Just an illiquid under the radar share... I was thinking of getting some but no trades today and only 2 yesterday? Hmmm
Yeah I’ve only read through once but I like them. Glad I bought more yesterday, could do with these being back up in the 40’s soon I’m pretty deep underwater here..
