Significant dilution was the words they used? Total or absolute would have been more adapt. Is that a white knight I see on the horizon. I fooking hope so now. Win some you lose some Good luck guys.
You were right Riddler, fair play.
LDP, CHC, PPA, etc.
I did listen to riddler and sold out albiet a small holding.......I guess those who called riddler a paid deramper should at least apologise, seems he may have been right in saying that this was way too risky for PI's and we would get a bad deal at the end of the day......Learn something new everyday
Nominal value is 1p now. And what we'll get will be 0.2p. So yes, it's a laughable warning.
IF THE RESOLUTIONS ARE NOT PASSED OR IF THE SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT DOES NOT RECEIVE THE APPROVAL OF THE SCHEME CREDITORS AND THE COURT THEN THE COMPANY MAY BE WOUND UP SAVE IN THE EVENT OF AN OFFER BEING RECEIVED. CERTAIN PARTS OF THE GROUP WILL BE UNLIKELY TO BE IN A POSITION TO MEET THEIR LIABILITIES AS THEY FALL DUE, FORCING THE DIRECTORS TO EITHER PLACE ASSETCO PLC INTO ADMINISTRATION, SELL IT ON LESS FAVOURABLE TERMS OR RESULT IN THE COMPANY BEING WOUND UP BY THE COURT. IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES, IT IS NOT EXPECTED THAT THE SHAREHOLDERS WOULD RECEIVE MORE THAN NOMINAL VALUE FOR THEIR CURRENT SHAREHOLDING. And the alternative if accepting the proposals is that the shareholders get the equivalent of .2p per share (nominal in my book)
learned. It will be worth losing the 12% that's left now to prevent this deal going trough.
Was not expecting that, thats ridiculous what share holders are being offered but then again this was a very high risk investment! Not a good way to start the weekend!!
pre-pack. Would have had near identical outcome for the owners of the business. i.e. US.
guess there are alot of people now that wished they listened to you
Share holders get £50,000. Would rather see the company wound up than accept this proposal. Will be voting against it at the coming shareholders meeting.
Feel for thos who brought in a lot higher who avgd downto try and save the original investment.Anyone who got into here in last 2 months should have known this was a high high risk play.Good Luck everyone shareholders sold down the river once again
Yes you are right it was mentioned so many times by the numbers guy but was ignored by many. Anyway good luck to you guys.
sorry what does that mean ?
I thought this was obviously going to happen? July RNS "significant dilution", this has been mentioned so many times on this board over the last month yet people still bought? GL guys anyway
Riddler was right ?
0 or damn near it. 1 to 1000 consolidation is OTT, so much for the 10p per share agreement. Investors getting to purchase shares at 88% discount to current value and existing small shareholders not getting to participate is criminal.
Divide what you own in shares by 1000. Multiply then by 200p. Left with pittance of holding. Would have to get to around 1500p to get the same equivalent of around 1.70p.
equates to capital raising at the current equivalent of 0.2p
Worth a tenth of what they are at now.
Whats your throughs ? Hope you come out with some good news
