well someone thinks you're going to do alright, today they bought a million shares! I also think you will recover as I simply cant see the recent investment in this company going to drain, it has resources and the major shareholders have again stated that if they cant get the loan repayments sorted out as they want they can still get by on their own, presumably they have enough money anyway. whatever it does look good for the future. I'mn hanging on in with my million + shares
That's a surprise!
you're quite right there London a very good job indeed. unfortuneately I have a lot more than that in here so riding it out for as long as I can.
thanks woody. In fairness the BOD did a sterling job to run this dry and down, so loosing the now remaining £8 of my investment isn't going to make a difference ....
yes it is. as regards movement I have absolutely no idea. does anyone?
Happy new year all. Is this now what was previously known as AUE? Why is there no movement showing here but Google Finance does? Thanks
Let's hope we get some happiness here
of 400K is showing as a sell
400K@1.423 hope it gives it a lift
Hi Bryn, you may recall that I and others were disappointed not to be offered shares at 1.5p at the last fund raising which we would have taken up. My worry is that even if I bought at the current price my average would be still be very high (around 4p). I bought my initial tranche when the share price was rising and another lot when it was falling. As you say there comes a time not to invest at all. Sadly I will continue to watch and agonise over this share.
The same statements used for the last board as well. No change. I'm surprised that you aren't surprised Bryn
I would wait longer. I fear this is now destined to go through the floor. You may even wish to consider whether you wish to invest at all! Q3 results won't be along until mid-Feb17 by which time we will have lost another 1p if the decline sets in. IMO we now have a management team, owners and creditors who care nothing for PIs like us and seemingly have no wish to communicate with the market. Some positive news might improve sentiment but the owners seem incapable of realising this. If there are any readers of this from the company just give us PIs a sign that things might get better this year!
this,,Randgold is up 10% in the last two days,,for this to drop 10% without any news or big sells doesnt make sence
Ask price is 1.45p as I write. Is it time to average down or wait a while longer? Any views?
Sorry forgot to add that the next TR1 will confirm whether or not those sells have been scooped up by MNG or the Institutional investors.
I cannot remember the last time I saw an uncrossed trade for AUE or ASO - I believe this means all those sells have been matched at auction by a buyer. I fear this could this lead to MNG and "Partners" reaching a 90% squeeze out position. If this assumption is correct then we can expect a JV being announced between MNG and these "partners" followed by a takeover squeeze-out bid at circa 1.55.
Not the movement I was hoping for down 58% in the US today on no news. Whats up with this pos.
Even if it's down?
all I want for christmas is some movement.

yes denzil..been in from the very beginning posters will know that I have slammed this company & with very good reason BUT I will stop doing so in future & just see if they CAN deliver.
Where is everyone??!! not unexpected news but positive all the same
I predict that for 3 months there will be some growth and then BOOM! reality sets in as we return to 3.00-4.00 levels. By the end of 2017 confidence restored. "the trend is high"
