I bought on friday. The silence is deafening. Something big brewing
Another day closer to news....
dvharrison I trust Teeling more or less knows what is expected and what is in the pipeline or what conversations are on the table hence why that statement may have been included in the rns. Obviously what happens after the initial exploration phases will be a different conversation. There is not much Teeling can do in terms of communicate future plans on stonepark as he will have to wait on G11 as to when to release communication to the market. This being said he himself directly or his exec team at ark have been directly involved in talks, identifying a plan there is no way we have not been involved at all with any talks this therefore allows Ark to be able to have an idea or forecast of more or less expected expenditure for the short run at least. I hope we get an update this side of Christmas too, however, it is out of Ark's control, the ball lies with G11 but nevertheless like you quoted from the interview 'crown in the jewel;' which is exciting to hear coming right from the top, that's is a very strong statement.
Done! ( and a tick up!)

FDSV, I have no doubt reading the RNS's and listening to the interviews that 'we have adequate funds to meet current and expected exploration expenditure' (RNS 30 Sep 21). We don't know what is planned by G11 at Stonepark next year and therefore cannot know what our share of the exploration costs are going to be at this stage. It stands to reason, imv, that we may need to raise further funds in the not too distant future and historically they have been at a significant discount to the prevailing share price (March & May 2020). It is not an easy time for small cap miners to secure funds as you are probably aware. The other alternative might be to give away further equity in the project but personally i would see a reduction from the current 24% as a retrograde step with an asset that might turn out to be company changer ('jewel in the crown'!).
We will hopefully find out what is happening this side of Christmas (remember Teeling 'promised' us a Stonepark RNS 'within 10 days to 2 weeks in his interview on 16 September?)
I might add down here!

dvharrison, what is the reasoning behind your statement? This i simply not something i personally agree with. I see your comments on a a few occasions and you are being a little misleading here.
The Rns 30 september states 'The future looks bright. We are going to continue our investment in gold and zinc exploration. We have adequate funds to meet current and expected exploration expenditure.' Within this same statement we have an indication that both expected expenditures for gold and zinc can be met.
There very well may be a placing in the future, however, for the immediate future and into Q1 as we expect to restart operation in stonepark, I don't believe this to be true, should the drilling and exploration progress throughout later stages this may very well be when a placing is introduced.
I am tempted to buy some more at this level but historically the BoD has offered shares in the last 2 placings (Mar & May 2020) at a 35% discount to the prevailing share price (+ warrants). That could mean a fund raise to meet our share of Stonepark drilling costs at around 0.5p. Think I might sit on my hands until we hear what is happening, if anything, at Stonepark next year...
We raised £250k in May 2020 to meet the exploration costs at Mine River, Inishowen & Stonepark. Results to date haven't been as we hoped/expected and these funds are probably quite depleted. Maybe Teeling is waiting for the green light from G11 to drill Stonepark before announcing a placing to meet our share of the costs? Pity that the additional funds (if required) are going to be raised at such a low share price..
I just hope that G11 haven't changed their minds about drilling Stonepark next year and decided to focus on Carrickittle!
Maybe because stonepark hasn't gone anywhere we are just waiting for progress?
That asset in itself is worth multiples of the SP and any positive news and boom!
Just don't know when.

Great to see some buyers but for the life of me I can't see what has got them excited from today's RNS despite reading and re reading a dozen times. The only good news is that drilling has finished for the season!
Flogging a dead horse! When is the penny going to drop that this is not going to be a commercial asset? Where is the Stonepark RNS?
