Did you mean No further news? :)
Did you mean No further news? :)
RNS released 15 Dec. 2022. New further news from Argos Resources. Why?
Yes buffit I did. Sincere apologies for my error. I should have said,
If the proposed deal goes through ARG shareholders will get:
1.63% of Canje block
9.3% of their current NFB interest
Consideration shares that they cannot sell in a small Canadian private company.
Surely there must be a better option!
Did you mean ARG shareholders ?
Did you mean ARG shareholders ?
If the proposed deal goes through RKH shareholders will get:
1.63% of Canje block
9.3% of their current NFB interest
Consideration shares that they cannot sell in a small Canadian private company.
Surely there must be a better option!
Stupidly cheap considering we've been granted a two year license extension.
Happy to pick up some more deal or no deal!
I will also be surprised, if RKH doesn't make an offer for ARG, with ARG Market Cap of just £2m.
Happy New Year, to all here.
BW
Mirassol,
BUT, Why do you keep holding the shares ?
Hoping for a takeover even at this stage
If I finish u p with the JHI stock I guess I'll be praying for success and a major buying THEM out
Mirsol,
Why do you keep holding ?
The sp is going to hit sub 0.5p soon.
"I'm puzzled as to why this most obvious option has not been pursued by Arg management."
I'd bet serious money they tried to get Premier and Navitas onside - but RKH was no good on their own as they didn't have the money to explore TWO sets of acreage. Presumably PMO & NAV felt they had enough on their plates. Plus FIG probably want as many players round the table as possible
Agree with all you say HappyInvestor. A deal with RKH/Navitas gives Arg shareholders exposure to the whole Falklands area and a marketable share in RKH when development is expected to happen within two years.
I'm puzzled as to why this most obvious option has not been pursued by Arg management.
Whackford
Totally agree though I find it staggering the other way around - that RKH / Navitas haven't bid for Arg...yet.
Are they really going to lose out on acreage with full 3D seismic (worth multiples of the current SP) in a basin they know so well and that almost certainly has oil. All of this for a mere £3m? In some ways, I would argue it's a test of RKH and Navitas' commitment and belief in SL. If they truly believe SL is going ahead, it would be madness to let this acreage go so cheaply.
Something gonna happen in the new year, I reckon. This ain't over!
All IMHO DYOR
Happy
I find it staggering that Arg has not done a deal with Rockhopper/Navitas.
Stinks !!!!!
Blimey !!
Was hoping for 0.5p-0.75p, it's now 1.5p....never mind.
Happy, Good Morning,
Hope no one will make a move till the sp hit 0.5p-0.75p range.
Will double up my holding in Argos. tbh, I am very Happy with JHIs deal.
ALL IMHO-DYOR
I think Navitas, RKH or both together will make a move. I believe there will be other potential interested parties like Capricorn, Harbour (cheap option for a return to FI) and even the likes of Enquest / Serica that may want options to diversify beyond NS.
This is not the final chapter of the Argos story...
All IMHO DYOR
Happy
Fingers Crossed...IMHO-DYOR
Mimosal,
Why do you keep holding the shares then ?
Please answer my question and don't run away.
The buy/sell flags are totally untrustworthy - and if you look at the amounts they are infinitesimal deals
How do you lose market cap - by selling the company to someone else - and pretty much admitting that the only alternative is to go bust and/or lose the Licences
"JHI has ample cash reserves which are more than sufficient to cover the investments required to advance the exploration activities on Licence PL001 and to meet the financial capability criteria to support a licence extension to 31 December 2024."
How can this company lose 1 to 2 million MK ?
How can the SP not rise as would normally with the value of buys?
Mms definitely at work !!!
On the positive there is interest from investors and buyers

Mirsol, Good Morning,
Why do you keep holding the shares then ?
