Thanks WI23 will take a listen.
Agreed - and I like that they have the scope and vision for large acquisitions with private companies described in the interview below
Withana describes Aura as a blank slate, one that makes one or several targets to become a substantial company. He says we’re talking “about 300, half a billion or higher in terms of size and market cap” and “our ambitions are to have a well traded, well covered and liquid stock.”

Worth listening to
Having read through the prospectus, I notice that the Directors are not being paid and will only receive any benefit should they complete a deal. I like this approach as too many shells have been ruined by Director fees and no deal being done. Moreover, these guys have warrants which are exercisable at 50% premium to the placing price. i.e 15p
I like the methodology here. Low cost base, i.e only the plc costs. To my mind it give investors a real chance of upside.
Likewise, the investment case is compelling.
Has huge scope for a near term re-rate, let alone when a serious deal lands.
Have been accumulating over the last few sessions.
Agreed, that's why I like the look of this. It seems to me most SPACs are seeking to run renewable assets. Lots more opportunity in the supply chain. Decent BoD and knowledgable founding shareholder too.
“…we are the only global renewable energy SPAC focused on the supply chain…”

Yep, I dipped my toe in this morning.
Just stumbled across this shell. Looks interesting, unlike other shells in this space this one looks like it has a Board with sector investment and commercial experience. About to buy some.
So what happened when Ardana PLC went into administration, did they ever manage to sell any of their portfolio products and return any capital to shareholders. Rumours were there was £3m in petty cash when it went into admin, and a previous buyer had offered $150m for the company, but it was declined. Just curious? Did the administrators just bank it all for themselves in fees?
Not sure. I've got a bit stuck in here too. to be honest i've written it off. anything else is a bonus. GL Iz
dose anyone think this will come back?

Cracking day trade share this baby. Huge margins to be had
...if the rise is anything to go by news has got around...
Pleasant increase, makes a change with everything else in mt pf going south. Cant't find anything either,,,, so tempted to gamble and get more before good news breaks!
Great news for all who have shares in this company could see our investments return to 50p a share or more after a bad few months. Especially if 2 or more companies are battling it out.
ARA. Breakthrough for Ardana's key testosterone product ALISTAIR MCARTHUR A RACE to come up with a leading treatment for low levels of male testosterone, or hypogonadism, is hotting up after Ardana - the Edinburgh-based reproductive health specialist - announced positive results in the testing of its key product yesterday. A phase II study provided strong evidence of the effectiveness of the company's cream technology for the delivery of testosterone through the skin, said Ardana, and its shares rose by almost 2 per cent to 130p. The news came a day after Ardana's Galashiels-based rival ProStrakan was cleared to sell its key testosterone replacement gel across the EU. A pivotal phase III registration study by Ardana is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Chief financial officer Graham Lee said the result confirmed progress on its product's development. "We hope to get phase III finished by the end of this year. Then we are into registration and getting approvals in the United States and Europe." The cream is seen as complementary to the company's Striant testosterone tablet already available for men with hypogonadism. While acknowledging ProStrakan was further ahead in the development, and other firms have already launched similar products, Lee said Ardana's cream has superior qualities. "It uses a far smaller surface area - an arm's-worth rather than an arm and a torso," he explained. "There is virtually no alcohol,
