what does bybrook and jpm know that we dont, curious as ever as they bought some large stakes recently. hmmm hmmmm
Amigo since JB left has gone above and beyond what has been asked of them. They did more than they needed to
If you sit on your hands you should do very well
But please DYOR and never listen to the boards for financial advice
Anyone know the day of any future court proceedings?
I am not sure If I should be de-risking before then.
If I remember correctly there was a offer around 80p but he turned them down and said it was worth a lot more. Then he started to sell and this is we’re we ended up
But when she gets good news she goes like a rocket
They have done everything the FCA wanted and more so it’s just timing but £1 should be the minimum. They gave everyone payment holidays etc etc they have had a tough time over the last year but there still here and the country needs them
Set my sell 28p and I'm happy
How I miss those days with JB not LOL he was a lose cannon in the end with Twitter and the board and selling 1% a day it was a horrible time for investors. When it finally ended and he didn’t get back in control they then started to sort out everything. It’s taken a long time to sort things but there very close to going back to normal especially after everyone jumped on the band wagon last year to screw them over after taking out loans
Patience usually wins and I’ve had patience here

Lol knew what you meant Cando. I think we agree that even at 20p the company is undervalued!
When I mean gone I mean upwards LOL not gone
Maybe the strategy is to get the SP up so there is a haircut worth taking for investors to put into comp pot that FCA is asking.
The 20p myth was from the older days with Jb he’s not here now so 20p shouldn’t be a issue. They have spent a lot of time putting there house back in order. One RNS stating there lending to the public again and she will be gone.
I thought that JB turned down a bid at 20p a share when he held 60% of shares as he said it was worth much more than that. He sold out (IMHO) because even though he was a majority shareholder he had no power over the old BoD to stop the inefficient lending and high upheld complaints rates (when he raised this the SP crashed).
JB did offer share holders 20p a share but trust me it’s a lot better and safer now without him
He was a disaster for months. He is one of the reasons we ended up like we was because he just sold out everyday over a argument with the board
Trust a much better place now
eh?
30p
Didn’t JB planned to bid 20p when this was around 6-7p during board room war to take out private wonder if JB is buying back via JPM just a thought
JB will be interested as will the management as will a number of competitors.I’m not sure who the warehouse facilities are but they will be close to the story they could protect them
Selves by taking it private.Amigo is a money making machine.
There is still a huge volume unaccounted for in the form of a TR-1.

The RNS relates to shares bought on the 25th, so the large buy on Friday people spotted is still to come through.
Someone did say over the weekend or yesterday about 10% of the company needs to be declared via TR1s.
Thanks for the reply Shotwick.
I was thinking it could be that JPM might be just one firm of several used by someone in building up a stake? Either JB wanting to get back control or the supposed offerer that JB was said to have turned down at 20p a share?
do we still have that late buy from last evening to be declared?
@nursesteve you write
At what percentage is the threshold when a holder has to declare a bid for the company?
(Not anywhere near that myself though! ;-) )

30% is the answer and therefere JPM are a very long way from that
Surely the management (BOD) are tempted to talk to a VC or one of the new large share holders about taking the company private. The moment they start building the book at 39.9 APR and very little bad debt the value of the company will go up very quickly as the debt rises!
