LTHcine :) you did perfect don't change <3
Tell me what i did wrong insider and i shall be better in future ;)
LTH I was joking about your grammar not you content :)
I actually assumed you was busy and quickly typed it in on your mobile tbh.
You are 100% right they wont do a RI until the SOA is approved or nobody would buy in. The "material" is the issue and what that actually means.
There will only be dilution of SOA is approved.
You can't raise money from the market to go into admin!
Dilution AND admin won't happen
Yasawa.. why would anyone buy the RI with no prospects of lending? With lending why would we go into admin? Bore off haha
I very much think insolvency or a wind down is not in anyone's interest, especially the FCA.
If you were hoping for a Christmas present it's not going to happen.
But ..... Christmas next year, the year after?
What you do depends on your long term or short term goals.
I'm holding, I was tempted to top up.....then sell, had a coffee to stop doing anything impulsive and decided to do nothing
I think dilution and admin :(
Insider.. claimants wont be getting anything without future lending.. the raise will make sod all without lending in the works.. only way is to let us lend.. and we are priced as not lending.. price will rise
LTHcine bit early to be drinking mate. I guess depends on what level you bought at given the RNS :)
Just playing with you :)
G2 you using quotes that been all over the news past few days thinking you are smart haha
G2 most of us know the crack and decided to go balls deep. Take your peanuts and move along. Nothing but misery and a long term hold here
Some people suffering from the ‘Emporers clothes syndrome’;
“we know it’s a croc of s… right now but Pleeeaaase say some nice things and the SP may hold”
No one cares if you dump.. or 'this is bad' ******.. only way to make any meaningful money in a raise is to raise the praise from here
Had a large holding for a long time but decided to dump…. This has, sadly I believe, become a basket case and the board seem to F*€k up at every opportunity….
….no ray of hope shining through - it’s administration or MASSIVE dilution !!
ATrades, agreed. without knowing what dilution this will be it is like picking lottery numbers with only a small chance of winning. Statement of fact not a deramp. It could be a 100 - 1 or a 1 to 100. I believe they will expect an equal haircut to the claimants AND to raise capital. This "material" dilution will mean shareholders are basically wiped out completely and the SOA will be tied to the RI as well so if people don't subscribe then the shares will be sold on the open market. Either way you will participate. Hope everyone has powder free.
Good money after bad at the minute.
There is simply no way of knowing unless the BOD tell us something at the call later.
So 3 scenarios:
1) No scheme = insolvency
2) Managed wind-down = no economic interest for shareholders (zero sp)
3) SOA + FCA approval + Equity rise (dilution) = fresh start (current shareholders don't have much weight there)
even 7 p would be too much all things considering,
Dilution would require (1) SOA/court approval (+voting?), (2) FCA approval (strings attached, e.g. fair customer treatment), and of course sufficient demand..
No top ups for me , she’s had more than enough. I’ll wait for the dilution if it gets that far ! GL all.
tempted to buy but wait as this could go under 7... any one looking to make quick profit try BRH ...make profit there then buy back in here... let price settle down
:(
That's not really true either, it's inflated by retail's blunt ignorance about dare situation they're in.
It's all over any sensible investment contract: past returns are not indicative for future performance.
currently amgo is a very different business operating in a very different hostile environment.
The stock is trading at a level in expectation of heavy dilution anyway.
They also keep reading mantras of all is fine over 12 months horizon, but this January 2023 is falling right after that..
Very deep hole to fill in.
I think the LTIPS are a good guide of price action. Pretty sure you ll see multi bag returns but over a couple of years not least woth markey dynamics as they are.
Mista-Investa - what profits are you talking about?
Both so called "positive" scenarios imply resumed lending (second one has kind of split), this needs FCA approval, this if I remember correctly needs at least own capital sufficiency criteria met (not debt, although they say cash is "unrestricted" - that's not really true) and cleared of all other problems (including fair treatment of customers). Very unlikely IMV.
Equity raise? Who will refinance them with such historic record? Seriously.
There will be No dilution unless the Scheme is accepted, If accepted the we know Amigo will continue. If Amigo continue to trade then the S.P will potenially be 50p-100p even with dilution at 2-1 this will be worth 25p-50p and as the business continues the profits will start and the business will go from strength to stength.
