Maybe something to do with their £4M investment in Spin Memory last week.
CBRS auction today
Very hopeful Verizon or Frontier will put in a bid for Federated once it’s done and dusted.
Been holding for a long while with my eye on today’s events. Hopeful it’ll lead to a share price surge
Consider that 80.5% of the shares are held by institutions. I know of another 10% or so which are held tight by pi’s as the current sp owes them a lot more. That leaves just 10% on free float so when this goes on the back of a good piece of news it should fly. Gla
Could it be to do with the upcoming 5G auction for federated wireless?
Happy to hear people’s speculation of course ;)
There's got to be something cooking right?!?!?
I’m in Leven just now and it’s been pouring down most of the day )
Uncharacteristically optimistic from NuckyT. There must be Sunshine on Leith today.
Scoutt I also honk there’s something going on. You all know my say it like I see it strategy and how I trust sentiment more than facts and figures but my hunch at the moment is there’s something brewing
Rarely seen such a small spread, twice there have been significant drops on opening 7% and5% and latter small rises. I’m not a conspiracy theorist but something’s happening behind the veil. China on collision course with just about every government they haven’t bought out, can see both Fed and Spin doing well out of coming mayhem. Fed and Spin, nice ring to it.
Latest ggp drilling report out tomorrow about 11pm uk time , Thursday should soar like a bird gl .
Mate if that happens, which I don't think is an outrageous wish, then happy days! Hopefully some divs too!
Thanks Nixalus. I’ve held them for a long time. If Alm hit £1.20 or above that’ll put a smile on my face
Fantastic! Congratulations.
Suppose I should be happy today too. Broke the €80,000 barrier for the first time on one of my stocks. Maybe a good time to sell with the exchange rate
Als, I broke even today. So all positive here.
Just as well GGP is flying then!
I think you’re safe in the knowledge that ALM won’t be going anywhere for a while
Same!! EUA looking good too
waiting for ggp to fly then will be adding more in ALM so need this share to stay low for a while ( selfish I know) but c’mon the lads
The question I’d ask is “if it develops” and what about competitors”. If someone else cracks the technology before Spin then all bets are off
If or should I say when spin memory gains traction and incorporated into new technology we will have royalties coming in for every new electronic device in the world:
Cars
Computers
Phones
Household appliances
Industrial machines
Aircraft
Games
Transport
In fact would be easier to list areas where they wouldn’t be used, such as:
Suggestions please if any.
Think we would be in the region of £’s to infinity and beyond. The beauty of this technology is it is not easily copied, the barrier to replication is in the millions to billions and we have a massive head start. When the bids start coming in ask yourself do I want a few crumbs off the table or keep my seat.
Agree with Scoutt the way the US is carrying on lately with wanting covid vaccines and drugs for itself would not be surprised by them wanting to keep as much of Spin for themselves.
I’m with you on Spin Memory. Certainly egging then on. If their tech develops the way we’d like this could be a £1 share one day
Bit like waiting for Christmas at a very young age, told it won’t be long so every sleep expect a big pile of presents. On the long term assessment things looking very promising re Fed, inexpensive 5G equivalent with no security issues. Still think the unicorn in the making is Spin Memoty, what with a virtual war with China, and Taiwan Semiconductor compromised, whoever occupies the Whitehouse next year, on the things to do list, near the top, will be a note to develop chip technology not available to China or cronies. So one morning will wake up to find a sparkling red Ferrari, wrapped up of course in A RNS
Nexalus, Glad you’ve cleared that up for me. I’m gently pointing out that this SP also goes down in lieu of your promotion of every percentage rise. And yes I should’ve sold recently at 40p. Long term who knows. Certainly not me.
