looking strong again. Very hard to buy. Still a big buyer around. Chube took 80 miillion and 24% of the company a while back and they will know more than anyone how this is performing on the breath test front. Nasdaq listing potentially anyday now where they could be valued at over £10 million .... this could double easy. GL
. NICE surge in the right direction today. . . . . With all the legal rules that are coming in World wide where motorists are concerned they are going to sell Millions of these breath testing kits. . Over medium to long term this for me is a good investment. . . ( MOTORISTS WILL BE OBLIGED TO CARRY 2 OF THESE TEST KITS IN THERE CAR BY LAW )
big buyer around in the background here.
trade.....

Great RNS. Turned a profit for first time since 2008 http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail.html?announcementId=11685675 Looking good here now!
http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail.html?announcementId=11613452 Ticking along nicely. Some dilution but I would rather that than run out of money.
Surprised this has not moved up again. I think now just few buys needed which will move towards 2p!
******Edging towards 2p. Risen from inside 1p to now soon 2p and beyond. I said to get in IRON at 2.2. Now it's at 5p and waiting to take off. This will soon be 100% up for me.**** DYOR & GLA
Got in at 1p after watching this rise from 0.63 and now 1.85 to buy. I agree with previous post by LOOK!
. . People are beginning to take notice of this company as of late. . . After much development work the company is now entering in to the profit zone with a good order book. . . . The Barchart has got this down as a 100% buy for a medium or long term investment. . . . GOOD LUCK as we wait for the next RNS

I could only buy 10k at the end of the day at 1.35p. It could be an interesting start
I agree - more good news would be an a large order for the French market. Good chance that will happen now.
Looking good here now! http://www.investegate.co.uk/akers-biosciences/akr/final-award-of-nf-mark/201302270839067711Y/?fe=1&utm_source=FE%20Investegate%20Alerts&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=Announcement%20Alert%20Mail&utm_campaign=Akers Biosciences%20Alert
Jange - January 6th warning refers to 2011, not 2012. It looks like inaccurate journalism
Akers has secured an exclusive, multi-year breathalyser distribution and supply agreement with Chubeworkx, which includes a $1.0m licensing fee. 3.5m breath alcohol detectors have already been ordered, to the value $1.05m, andfurther orders are expected as product demand is generated. Akers warned, on January 6th, that full-year revenues would be "significantly below expectations" due to delays to a large order to supply breath tubes to a US-based healthcare group. Chief executive officer Thomas Nicolette said he is hopeful the revenues from the French launch will support further growth for the company: "Having streamlined our manufacturing processes in 2012, the company is ready to deliver product to Chubeworkx on a schedule that will help meet French and EU market demand."
Akers Biosciences was rewarded with a 11.3 per cent jump in its share price as the company announced a new product launch into the French market. The launch of disposable breath alcohol analysis tools is timely, as it coincides with a new French law coming into effect as of July 2012 citing that every driver of a motorised vehicle must carry at least one unused disposable breathalyser kit. The device from Akers, a provider of rapid diagnostic screening and testing products, has been approved by the French national reference laboratory, and further approval is expected this week from NF Mark. This will enable the product to be marketed and sold to consumers in and around France, as drivers must now comply with the new regulations. Prior to Aker's certification, there were only three disposable breathalyser brands that carried the all-important NF Mark.
