Not sure what the plans are for Afriag. Not looking good imho.
Guess we'll see the same old with next month's annual results! Jam tomorrow, strategic plans etc etc.
So many opportunities, so little activity being talked about.
The most exciting thing to look forward to is an updated aerial view of the AFRI yard in Kempton Park!
Wonder if the AfriAG truck is still in Mauritius that Dave L once tweeted about....................
During MEXA’s (Mauritius Export Association) 13th Annual General Meeting, held on the 27th March 2019, MEXA welcomed Mr. Gavin van der Burgh, C.O.O of Afritex Ventures Ltd, to join their esteemed association as Council Member and will be representing the Seafood sector of Mauritius, together with two major industry leaders.

Are you aware of Stage 4 load-shedding in South Africa and that Escom are considering having to create Stage 5?

The lack of power fecks up everything in ZA at the moment (mining, manufacturing, retail, consumer confidence etc). Be wary of any investment there at the moment.
Twitter may of found the news here first?

Its my belief that not only did the AFRI Bod not keep their eye on the ball but also the LGC Bod........ Re HOH
Dave L playing chess since he was 5 years old, should know when you play many games all at the same time that you will not win them all.
The monies invested in Tilray could of been used to keep the doors open at HOH
A lesson in good forward planning may not go a miss...............IMHO
Wonder if it will be game on again?????????????????
Hemp news....................DYOR
This implies that the majority of our exports will enter the UK market duty free. Of the 469 tariff lines that are dutiable, SA trades on 118, with the sector to be most significantly impacted being the auto sector. Should the UK exit the EU without a deal, and should the talks between Sacu-Mozambique and the UK not be concluded by April 12, trade among them will be on the terms of the UK government notice.
