I don't recall DL mentioning Wiltshire, but what I find interesting is if Afriag becomes a logistics, shipping provider for e.g. Sativa. The raw materials might come from Southern Africa etc.
For Sativa, initial reaction wasn't great, but holding firm at 7p. My view is that it minimises the cost outlay of the growing operation. I'm guessing that in time we will see CBD shops everywhere, like the growth of vape shops. I assume that the margins could be high (pardon the pun) too.
Didn't DL mention about farm land in Wiltshire? Is that why you are finding it interesting?

Very interesting Sativa announcement:
http://www.nexexchange.com/announcements?newsid=4343136
In October 2018, Sativa signed an option over a 7.53 acre site in Wiltshire to allow it to evaluate the commercial viability of developing and owning a large-scale UK growing facility. The Company has since concluded that smart-sourcing of the raw material, to which the Company can then add value through advanced extraction, manufacture, testing, distribution and research of medicinal cannabis and CBD products, will provide greater returns to the Company than growing its own supply. The option, which was acquired at a cost of GBP85,000, will therefore be allowed to lapse on 1 July 2019
Typical Lenigas effect, look at the price of those shares now :-\
Those articles you are posting Kenny are from 2013! Oh how time flies!

AfriAg unit wins contract with United Exports
7 October 2013 | 14:14pm
StockMarketWire.com - AfriAg's 40%-owned logistics unit AfriAg SA has won a contract from Australian-based United Exports Pty to move the first of South Africa's new season stone fruits.
The AfriAg Group will be utilising IAG Cargo's perishable air freight capacity to the UK.
AfriAg chairman David Lenigas said: "South Africa is a significant grower and exporter of stone fruits, most of which are exported by sea. The early season stone fruits are generally flown to Europe and we are pleased to manage exclusively the air freight and handling of such a large quantity of fresh produce that sees these fruits delivered to the shelves of the UK's largest retailers including Tesco, Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Morrisons, ASDA and Sainsbury only days after being picked."
"Even though the peak season for stone fruit by air will be the next eight weeks in the lead up to the Christmas holidays, we expect that there will be a continuity of air freight right through until the end of January supplying speciality lines which require the best-in-season by air."
At 2:14pm: [LON:AFRI] share price was +0.06p at 1.63p

All of this could turn around if we get that cannabis growing licence and/or announce profits that would get us noticed (im thinking we would now need to announce millions of pounds of profits due to the high revenue to be taken seriously otherwise our margins look terrible)
My gut tells me there is a 5%~ chance that this will be true in the next 6 months, problem is I may as well not sell what shares I have left and take my chances (I believe I have 4m left after selling a bunch last year out of desperation)
Part of me expects that if we do start claiming to be making decent money a string of placings will begin, much like what LGC appears to be doing now.... so I wont be hanging onto these shares for years and years if the price rises..... im not going to fund DL's new garden renovation in his crazy SW postcode house (someone posted the PDF of the planning proposal online if your wondering what im taking about)
Depends where your break even is :D
Well i take it this is done and dusted , I would not think we will make an even break here ??
