Oh and please excuse my last post - wrong stock, wrong BB, sorry. DOH!
Though I only now note that we had a UT trade of 1 share after hours and above the "offer" - so I would not be totally surprised to see that RNS tomorrow.
Well email, in truth I have nothing more to say than hasn't already been said many times over and if you think I am going to waste half an hour reading through 40 something emails of total conjecture, point scoring and other "noise", then sorry, but you can forget it. I have laid my stall out; do I believe the recent "comms" from the Tanzanian top brass? Yes though it is only a precursor to the "real deal". Would they say that it has been approved when it hasn't? No! Though that doesn't mean that all is now over the line - as emptyend sated last week, without written confirmation, firstly to ARA and then from ARA to AEX the BoD cannot release an RNS. Will it come? Yes, I believe so. When? Soon - though this is Tanzania so "soon" could mean a little longer than we might expect closer to home. If you were to ask me when I expect to see it, I would "guesstimate" end of next week or the beginning of the following after.
My holding is now "complete" so, do not read any more into this BUT I am now reverting to "HOLD" - simply because that is what I am doing....
Why? His opinion is worth no more than anyone else's, on top of which, you can read the statement from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Of Energy and easily come to your own conclusion based on the facts, you don't need anyone's OPINION, not even mine.
I am keenly waiting to hear Crusty about this
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy said the license had been granted.
What does granted mean? To me it means signed off by those at the top of the Tanzania Government.
Once signed off it still has to go through government procedure the issue the license to ARA. This is what we are waiting for, nothing more.
Nothing is misinterpreted in this statement that's been published on several websites including a version they translated into English that says the same thing.
"In the small natural gas sector, he said, effective management is underway where, under the Sixth Phase Government, it has been granted a licence for the extraction of natural gas at the Ntorya well in the Mtwara region, with the last licence being issued in 2006."
The pertinent words being 'HE SAID', which means it is quoted directly from his speech at the Energy Convention.

I am still of the opinion that the speech which include a reference to licences has been widely misinterpreted.
That is not to say the current uptick in the SP is beginning to reflect the true potential and I still think its undervalued.
The impending licence will come (possibly, maybe, hopefully, imminently, some time in the next 1-2-3-4 qtrs) I just do not believe the the licence has been finalised by the TZ govt and signed sealed and delivered to ARA or AEX.
Are you sure the development licence isn't simply a figment of your collective imagination ?
You leaving at 1.5 now Rojo? You keep lowering your sights.
Folks are going to miss you
...and anyway, if your friend Stock|Cheque/Haggismcshaggis is right and the development licence is a done deal, it's had very little effect on the SP.
1.5p might prove to be a more than fair offer!
...and why not ?
A 30% premium would take the SP to circa 1.50.
Worth careful thought I think...
XD ??
You're expecting a dividend ??
Crazier than I thought you were perky
Proscuitto has been quoting +30% since about 0.5p....I guess it will still be +30% post 25 year development licence, so in the range of 2p to 3p XD
RoJo, hoping pal Proscuitto repeats his usual monologue tomorrow, "we should all accept a 30% premium to the share price" !
