What's going on here then? Any ideas?
next week may be interesting to see how much this share price moves up or I share buy backs may start soon
today again , looking like this share price may be starting to move back up again , hoping that some share buy backs are seen to help move this share price back up more
Yes, share buy back would be nice.
with more buying again and some nice sized buys , hoping that there may be news released soon , would be nice if achl have a share buy back soon then I hope we may see this share price start to move back up more,
Interesting jump -- I wonder what that's about.
as more buyers look to be picking up these lower priced shares , hoping that news is coming with the start of the buying again in recent days
nice to see more buyers returning to this share again , if this continues in future days we may see the move back up begin with this share again for the patient holders, hoping they use some of the money for share buy backs and then it would be interesting to see how much this share price could recover
encouraging to look at the buys coming into achl again , hoping that this share price may soon start to move back up some if the buys keep coming in
i would have thought we would see buy back soon
i punted a few hundred @8.5p, but shd have resisted .. not looking to av down. ..prefer to buy into news led sp strength esp re BoD buying big or significant return of capital (even if only share buyback)
Agreed - if it was a bond then it would certainly be junk. If we consider that there is a small chance that a Chinese AIM company is not worthless to UK investors, and we bear in mind that this is also listed on Hong Kong and had a decent history up until a few years ago, then maybe there is an argument for a small punt at 6p, which prices it like a call option. I probably won't do it, though.
is acute
Struggling to resist the urge to buy a few of these again. Bought this year c. 14p, sold c. 12p after getting cold feet. They're offered now at 6.4p, if the company isn't worthless then I feel it must be worth 12p. But it's not fun being invested in something so far away, where it's impossible to do the checks that are available when invested locally. And with the changes to a new management team and the lack of investor protections on AIM, there is still the possibility that it will turn out to be worthless to UK shareholders.
One things for sure when they get round to it there going to get it cheap! In theory whatever cash they had earmarked for it is now going to buy twice as many from when they voted. Also I think it was stated that it could take up to 3yr to get back to full production after the typhoon. The key word there is full production! It will be interesting to see just how far down production actually is ? Perceived Perception v reality ?
or the BoD start buying on huge scale, I am happy to watch this drift down, down....down
The Proposed Resolution 7 was duly passed as special resolution as more than 75% of the votes were cast in favour of such resolution.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the board of directors just recently vote in favour of a share buy back? If so it will go along way to increasing confidence and seriously reverse the sp. Given the amount of cash in the bank doing jack and no divi it's the least they could do for their demoralised share holders. Like most on here siting on large paper losses. I've past the point of no return and I'm going to put them in a draw and get them out occasionally to see if they have fruited.
perhaps in part all AIM chinese stocks loathed ...BSST delisting (and other "events" to be polite/neutral) have perhaps made investors extremely wary of what the h*ll goes on in/with AIM quoted mainland companies
A year ago I was pretty bullish on this stock-all the research I did looked positive.Got it wrong big time, could have sold out for a profit but did think all was good,I have now washed my hands of this, sold half at a large loss and will keep the rest in hope. I am really confused as to why share price is so low.
.
Glad I am out. Looks set to continue its march to 5p
Better to hang on I would say - I am as I'm sitting on a significant loss but hope springs eternal where oranges are concerned. Also given the comapny's assets a share like this could turn quickly on good news ....
Does anyone know if this company will make a recovery over the next 5 years. Not sure whether to accept my losses and move on. Cheers
Blimey this has really tanked -- I know I've given up but don't other people want to drink orange juice anymore?
