Although yet again delayed!
So..after looking up what force majeure means..looks like the gas project is in some sort of jeapordy?
Not a good rns on the face of it, which maybe why somebody sold yesterday. I thought that was very unusual given that we were expecting good news.
On the plus side the rto seems to be still on
Longstop date tomorrow (Friday), should get some news on RTO. Hopefully an RNS.
Exciting time after whats been a long wait.
Very much looking forward to the future with Agulhas Group Africa (AGA).
Now is the time investors should be loading up. Were so under the radar here.
For those that are not monitoring Twitter......

Yes, I am hoping this is a sleeping giant. They have the assets to increase revenues significantly and I expect once they are in a position to quantify the size of contract wins in Mozambique, this should move up quite swiftly.

Both the buy and sell prices are nudging up. It shouldn't take much to move this into a new trading range.
Good to see a bit of activity. We just need the confirmation date now for the RTO coupled with some contract news to breath some life back into this share.
Agulhas Group/Comarco/Anglo African Agriculture very active on Twitter again. Expect the RTO to complete before the expiry on the long-stop on the 30th April.
Sounds as though Comarco are about to sign further contracts on both the Port and Marine Logistics side of the business. I suppose it would make sense to complete the RTO at the same time as new contracts are announced.

Hope your right Optimist.
We really dont need any more delays. Im sure theyll be on top of the security situation soon enough. American i know and perhaps British special forces already on their way to provide training and back up. I wouldnt want to be in shoes of that evil lot who went on a deadly rampage.
Theyll be hunted down and Hopefully given the same treatment their unarmed civilian victims got.
The scenes coming out of Palma are dreadful. The importance of the LNG project for the future of Mozambique cannot be understated and I am sure there will be a concerted effort to clamp down on the insurgency to protect the lives of the local population as well as the staff connected to the project.
Cannot see the news affecting the RTO as whilst the potential contracts from the LNG Project will be important, it is not the mainstay of the company's revenues. Comarco have taken to Twitter again, so I expect further RTO news imminently.
Its not a good development for us thats for sure...or for the poor locals in the area.
More delays possible?
Comarco does have some security experience though.

From the Corporate Update yesterday:
"Although the LNG project in Mozambique has already formally commenced, there has been a pause caused by Covid and security concerns. The project is expected to restart in earnest in July 2021. Comarco Marine Division is making the necessary preparations in Mombasa and Mozambique with a number of strategic partners to be ready when this happens."
Total have confirmed today that work is resuming on the LNG Project, so it looks like it could be all systems go for Comarco/Agulhas Group.
Good to see the new Agulhas Group Twitter account - AGA_Plc now being used.

Extract:
"French energy giant Total will resume construction at its $20 billion liquefied natural gas (LNG) development in Mozambique after the government increased security, the company said Wednesday."

Exciting times ahead @AGA_Plc
, not long now until the RTO of #aaap with @ComarcoGroup
, then the real story begins . Massive upside opportunity, no wonder I chose to buy around 29% of AAAP

Hi Mike, good to hear from you. Yes, it is certainly taking a long time to conclude the RTO, but as you have said previously, the prospects are very bright for Comarco moving forward.
One of the main attractions for me is the fact that they already have the Port and the marine logistics to ramp up revenues significantly. Paying down the expensive debt will make a huge difference to the interest bill and balance sheet.
Just need confirmation of the RTO date now to ease any concerns LTH's may have.
I am pleased to have provided AAA with part of the CLN, especially as I am not allowed to buy more shares (I would go over 30% holdings) , taking a long time but will be worth the wait for the RTO and beyond
Well, that's the accounts released which should now facilitate the completion of the RTO.
Lots of information to digest from the accounts but Comarco still forecasting a substantial boost from the Mozambique LNG project, which after some delays, now appear to be on track and deliver revenues to Comarco over the next 10 years.
Just listened again to the Proactive Investors interview with Simon Phillips back in November 2019. I am sure everything discussed in the interview still holds good today and for any potential new investors, well worth a listen.
Further update on the RTO cannot be far away now.

Hopefully the stoic forbearance of LTH here soon to be repaid! I’d say we’ve earned it by now
