TRR are in profit. Good set of results. You have to look at the data (the report is poorly set out imo, finance headlines should be first!) you see 2.3m NET profit v (3.6m loss). Nav up a little and gold as expected is driving net revs. Remember this is year end so q 1 will be better.
Question is if 3.25m cash with increase in gold revs = another asset being funded + admin costs. I think so.
Sp didnt go either way so I sold at evens as can come back later and went to buy HEX…. NT! of course it flipping was! So set orders so I can cook some breaky on this rainy day! lol!

“ Still feeling confident on TRR trek? Results coming up.”
Hi S O H,
Well I think given the recent commo prices it should be a good quarter but results days more often than not come with disappointment sp wise. folk take profits or we’re expecting more. Occasionally though one bucks the trend.
All I can say is look at the consistent director buys on the open market and often at a higher SP.
I think TRR is a great find. It’s so undervalued.
But I have no allegiance with any investment. I am actually thinking of selling next week maybe half before and half after or just half. Will see how it goes.
I will likely add to HEX before tro sticks his 6 figures in and takes it over 15p! lol!
TRR is in my trading pot and if I sell it’s not a reflection on my views of the company. I sold PAF recently at 25.05p from17p ish. Just thought I could do better after their run and that softened the blow from IQAI. I would buy PAF back though.
They may all go on to do well but HEX is the momentum play. There is no way that sp should have stayed above 10p!
I bought just in case I was wrong as I was expecting it to go to 8p by now. So I had plans to average down. But look at it. What an orchestrated churn of the Hereford concert party stock. I actually think their broker has been buying and selling in 100k - 200k blocks to get some extra bubble and hold up the liquidity.
I only say that because the volumes are such that the 10m should have cleared an age ago.
I also think the ‘instant messenger’ MM’s have been loading up with stock probably in parallel with a T20 ready to sell it back to PI’s that will chase imminent news.
Hence I am going top heavy so I can offload some stock to tro! lol!

I thought that mining in the Yukon requires ice roads? Global warming has put the kibosh on that...
Tyre blow out season May to September.
Trek,
It is a very serious problem due to the extensive use of nanoparticles in tyres; these particles are so small that they can pass through blood vessel walls, cell walls etc. The long-term health impacts are unknown... and of course, it all ends up getting into the water system and then the sea. Claude summarises it as
Q - explain the use of nano particles in bus and truck tyres and how this contributes to pollution
A - 'Nanoparticles are increasingly being used in the production of bus and truck tires to improve their performance and durability. However, the use of nanoparticles in tires also raises concerns about their potential contribution to air pollution.
The primary use of nanoparticles in tires is in the form of nanofillers, which are added to the rubber compound during the manufacturing process. Some common nanofillers used in tires include carbon black, silica, and clay nanoparticles.
1. Carbon black nanoparticles:
Carbon black nanoparticles are widely used in tire manufacturing to enhance the mechanical properties of the rubber compound, such as abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and tear resistance. These nanoparticles improve the tire's durability and extend its lifespan.
2. Silica nanoparticles:
Silica nanoparticles are added to tire compounds to improve the tire's rolling resistance, which can lead to better fuel efficiency and reduced emissions from vehicles. However, silica nanoparticles can also contribute to the generation of particulate matter (PM) during tire wear.
3. Clay nanoparticles:
Clay nanoparticles, such as montmorillonite, are used in tire compounds to enhance the barrier properties of the rubber, which can improve the tire's resistance to air permeation and extend its service life.
While nanoparticles can improve tire performance, their potential contribution to air pollution is a concern. During the normal wear and tear of tires, nanoparticles can be released into the environment as part of the tire's particulate matter emissions. These nanoparticles can then be inhaled by humans and animals, potentially causing adverse health effects.
The contribution of nanoparticles from tire wear to air pollution is an active area of research. Some studies have suggested that tire wear particles, including nanoparticles, can contribute to PM emissions, particularly in urban areas with heavy traffic. However, the exact impact and potential health risks of these nanoparticles are still being investigated.
To mitigate the potential environmental impact of nanoparticles in tires, researchers are exploring alternative materials and manufacturing processes that can reduce the release of nanoparticles while maintaining or improving tire performance. Additionally, proper tire maintenance and responsible disposal practices can help minimize the release of nanoparticles into the environment.'

I didn’t know this. We’ll never really thought of it abut makes sense. Posted by Andii on DCTA.
“ A recent study in Southern California found tire and brake emissions in Anaheim accounted for 30% of PM2.5, a small-particulate air pollutant, while exhaust emissions accounted for 19%. Tests by Emissions Analytics have found that tires produce up to 2,000 times as much particle pollution by mass as tailpipes.”

In 2018 I went to work for a company and was shocked not permitted tea break for 6 hours, at the time I had to google it to see if it was correct.........
The trucks had trackers and one day the the office phoned me and asked what I was doing, told them that when my truck stops for over 5 mins I will be drinking tea. The office never rang me again when I was stationary
